Abstract: A display apparatus for a medallion, challenge coin, or the like, provides a generally circular or other shape holder with an integral recess on the front surface thereof for receiving and retaining the medallion for display. The rear surface of the mount is preferably secured to the desired mounting surface by adhesive, and may includes a reservoir for the adhesive material in the form of a pair of arcuate channels. The display apparatus may be installed on a variety of surfaces, including several locations on a motorcycle, by shaping the rear surface of the mount to correspond to the shape of the surface of the desired mounting location.

Abstract: The interactive greeting card of the present disclosure and related inventions combines a traditional paper card with one or more special effects that are initiated by interaction between a user and the greeting card. One or more touch sensors are used to initiate effects including, but not limited to sound, light, movement or a combination thereof.

Abstract: A point of purchase signage system for application upon a point of purchase unit includes a multiple sheet package having multiple distinct graphics for selective display at the point of purchase. The signage system may employ one or more packages in combination to involve a variety of advertising schemes. The signage system facilitates efficient marketing updates at the point of purchase.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatuses are disclosed for a greeting card having an integrated bubble feature. The greeting card may include, in one non-limiting example: a frame; an energy storage device; a switch mechanism; a motor operatively connected to each of the energy storage device and the switch mechanism; a fan operatively connected to the motor; and a bubble forming substrate.

Abstract: A file folder assembly or divider with a tab capable of being slid in two non-collinear directions. According to one embodiment, the file folder assembly includes a file folder and a sliding tab assembly. The sliding tab assembly includes a rail secured to the file folder proximate to a top edge of the file folder. The sliding tab assembly also includes a tab and a coupling member. The coupling member couples the tab to the rail in such a way as to permit the tab to be slid horizontally back and forth along the rail and/or to permit the tab to be slid vertically up and down relative to the rail.

Abstract: Apparatus for holding and displaying an aeronautical chart or other type of map includes an elongated base member having two elongated map support members extending from and rotatably attached to the elongated base member. The apparatus also includes a magnetic positioner and a scale/ruler releasably connected to the base member and used with a chart or map when removed therefrom.

Abstract: Embodiments described herein include a single-use beverage container assembly having a beverage container which includes an inner surface defining a chamber capable of receiving a liquid, an opening configured to provide access to the chamber and an outer surface comprising a receiving cavity. In certain embodiments, the beverage container further includes an informational attachment including promotional information. The receiving cavity can be configured to receive the informational attachment such that the informational attachment can be stowed in the receiving cavity. The beverage container assembly can also be configured to permit the informational attachment to be at least partially removed from the receiving cavity such that the informational attachment can be separated from the beverage container.

Abstract: A reduced profile gift card holder includes a pocket for storing a gift card and a tear away panel for holding a gift card prior to purchase, yet is dimensioned so that one or more of such holders may be presented for sale in prior art display boxes designed to hold only gift cards. The holder may include enhancement elements such as graphics and text upon the holder surfaces and pop-up elements that move and stand off from the surfaces of the holder when the holder is opened.

Abstract: A sign cube system having a substantially square-shaped box portion having four substantially planar side surfaces, one closed end and one open end, and a wire support having a substantially square-shaped portion which is inserted into the open end of the box portion and a stem extending perpendicular to and vertically downward from a center of the square-shaped portion. The wire support may be attached to an upright bracket and inserted into a substantially hollow upright member of a retail merchandise display or the wire support may be attached to a stringer which extends horizontally between two upright members of the retail merchandise display.

Abstract: A tag for attachment to a circuit breaker is formed from a sheet of plastic material having first and second notches, one or more catches corresponding to one or more apertures, an electronic security device and a plurality of parallel grooves extending between the edges to form a plurality of sections. The tag is assembled by folding the sheet of plastic material so that the end sections overlap and the apertures fixedly receive the catches to secure the tag in a closed position. The notches in the first and second top sections form an opening, which is adapted for receiving the circuit breaker switch.

Abstract: A label having at least one resealable brochure and being suitable for attachment to a mounting surface includes a base planar member having oppositely disposed first and second surfaces and a first lateral edge, the first surface being suitable for coupling the base planar member to the mounting surface, a brochure sheet including a second lateral edge that partially overlies the base member, a planar overlying member and a planar tab, wherein, a portion of the brochure sheet and overlying member project beyond the first lateral edge of the base planar member such that when the label is attached to the mounting surface, the overlying member may be selectively uncoupled and recoupled to the mounting surface. Also disclosed are methods of making the labels.

Abstract: A system and method for mounting a badge to a component of a vehicle is provided. The system comprises a mounting base including first and second fastening apertures defined therein, and a trim ring coupled with the mounting base having an opening defined therein. The badge is adapted to be securely mounted between the trim ring and the mounting base so that the badge is positioned within the opening in the trim ring. The system further includes a flexible fastening member that is configured to be positioned within the first and second fastening apertures, positioned around at least a portion of the component of the vehicle, and between the mounting base and the badge to fasten the badge to the vehicle.

Abstract: A three-sided channel coupler for connecting the upper and lower portions of a U-shaped sign post, the coupler comprising two U-shaped elements, an outer three-sided, U-shaped element and an inner, three-sided U-shaped element, the three sides of each element comprising a transverse face and two lateral legs, the inner element being smaller than the outer element, a plurality of cross-braces attached to the two lateral legs of each element to hold the two elements together and a plurality of vertical ribs on the inner surface of the outer element and on the outer surface of the inner element.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure include an apparatus for displaying sign on a vehicle, the apparatus having a first sleeve and a second sleeve. Further, the apparatus may include one or more first sleeve fasteners capable of being coupled to the first sleeve and one or more second sleeve fasteners capable of being coupled to the second sleeve. In addition, the apparatus may have a main housing capable of being fastened to the first sleeve and a receiving housing capable of being fastened to the second sleeve. Also, a winding mechanism may be coupled to the main housing and indirectly or direct coupled to the first sleeve. Moreover, such an apparatus may include a rollable vehicle sign capable of rolling and unrolling on the winding mechanism, a first end of the vehicle sign coupled to the winding mechanism and a second end coupled to the receiving housing.

Abstract: A product highlighter includes a frame configured to surround merchandise located on a first display shelf of a display shelving unit. The frame includes an upper frame member, a lower frame member spaced apart from the upper frame member, a first side frame member coupling the upper frame member to the lower frame member, and a second side frame member spaced apart from the first side frame member and coupling the upper frame member to the lower frame member. The lower frame member is attached to an underside of the first display shelf with at least one first bracket and the upper frame member is attached to an underside of a second display shelf located directly above the first display shelf with at least one second bracket.

Abstract: Various embodiments are directed to connecting devices that display indicia. A first device displays indicia and affixes to a surface of an object. A second device removable connects to the first device and also displays indicia. The second device is removable from the first device to change which indicia are displayed on the object.

Abstract: A tag assembly for securing a tag to a pair of eyeglasses, wherein the eyeglasses have a frame for holding a pair of lenses and two hinged legs. The tag assembly includes a tag, a shrink tube and optionally an electronic identification device (“EID”), a hook, an information panel and a substantially flat pad. The body of the tag is inserted into the opening in the shrink tube and the tag assembly receives one of the first hinged legs of the pair of eyeglasses. The shrink tube secures the hinged leg in the tag assembly upon the application of heat.

Abstract: A portable digital display assembly is disclosed. The portable digital display device is configured to be operated by a wired or wireless device. The portable digital display is battery powered and has arrays of LED's configured to creating a display. The portable digital display is configured for rapid assembly and disassembly. The operating system is contained within a frame system of the portable digital display. The portable digital display is preferably comprised with no metal in its infrastructure.

Abstract: A tag assembly for securing a tag to a pair of eyeglasses that has a frame for holding a pair of lenses and first and second hinged legs. The tag assembly includes a tag, a label, a pad and a shrink tube. The tag includes a body that can have a hook extending from one end and a pair of slotted members extending from the front surface. The label has opposing side edges that are inserted into the slotted members. The pad has an adhesive side that secures the pad to the rear surface of the body and a friction side. The tag assembly is inserted in the shrink tube and receives one of the hinged legs of the pair of eyeglasses between the friction side of the pad and the shrink tube. The shrink tube secures the hinged leg in the tag assembly upon the application of heat.
