The label has opposing side edges that are inserted into the slotted members. The pad has an adhesive side that secures the pad to the rear surface of the body and a friction side. The tag assembly is inserted in the shrink tube and receives one of the hinged legs of the pair of eyeglasses between the friction side of the pad and the shrink tube. The shrink tube secures the hinged leg in the tag assembly upon the application of heat.
