In particular, in one embodiment, a conversation generator determines whether records are related based on EDI data associated with a transaction, integrates the records based on associations within the EDI data, and generates a conversation that depicts the integrated EDI data associated with the transaction in a conversational format for viewing by a user. In other embodiments, an alert engine determines that there are errors in the conversation, such as missing or inconsistent data, and alerts a user accordingly.

The online system applies an identification model to content items obtained from other users to identify the product. The IoT Configurator enables a user to learn which IoT products and services are right for them, and how such IoT products/services may be connected. The method includes receiving image data of an item of interest from a client device. The image data is used to identify a similar item from an image catalog based on the image data of the item. Attribute information associated with the similar item is retrieved and used to pre-populate a template. The pre-populated template is sent to the client device, and modified data from the client device is received in response, with the modified data resulting in a final template. A listing based on the final template is generated.

Abstract: A retail service data center provides client facing web pages to allow users to remotely shop for items to be delivered from local retailers without either the users or the local retailer knowing the identity of each other. A retail service is used by shoppers that searches for items in nearby retail stores' inventory. The retail service allows the retail stores to match, or beat, an advertised price at which a given item is being offered by an online retailer. If the user decides to buy an item, the retail service conducts a first transaction with the retail service, which then uses the funds to buy the item from the local retailer. In addition, the retail service arranges for pick-up and delivery of the item by a local driving service. The identities of the buyer and the retailer are not made known to each other.

An example method includes obtaining information identifying items viewed during a user browsing session, the items being included in an electronic catalog, and the electronic catalog being organized according to a hierarchy, with the hierarchy comprising a plurality of categories. Information identifying attributes associated with the identified items is identified, and the attributes are ranked according to attribute relevance score. Items are determined for recommendation to the user based on the ranked attribute relevance scores, with the determined items being selected from items included in the electronic catalog which are also associated with a same category as the identified items.
