Abstract: Systems and methods are described herein for maintaining and/or facilitating video call continuity between devices. For example, the systems and methods support video calls or other communications between multiple devices (e.g., a mobile device providing a video call stream of content and a drone or other moving device capturing and streaming content via a camera) providing video content to a target device, such as another mobile device.

Abstract: A processing system may maintain a communication graph that includes nodes representing a plurality of phone numbers including a first phone number and edges between the nodes representing a plurality of communications between the plurality of phone numbers and may generate at least one vector via a graph embedding process applied to the communication graph, the at least one vector representing features of at least a portion of the communication graph. The processing system may then apply the at least one vector to a prediction model that is implemented by the processing system and that is configured to predict whether the first phone number is associated with a type of network activity associated with a telecommunication network and may implement a remedial action in response to an output of the prediction model indicating that the first phone number is associated with the type of network activity.

Abstract: Novel tools and techniques are provided for implementing call center-based automated interface between call center agents and network orchestration systems, in some cases, via application programming interfaces (“APIs”). In various embodiments, an automated services platform may collect, from data sources, data associated with services provided by a service provider. The collected data may be autonomously analyzed to identify any issues with provisioning a service(s) to a customer. If so, one or more automation actions may be autonomously identified to address the determined issue(s). The automated services platform may autonomously send instructions to automation bots to perform the identified one or more automation actions, and may generate and present a UI on a user terminal operated by a user, the UI displaying information regarding at least one of the at least one issue, the affected service(s), the identified one or more automation actions, or the automation bots, and/or the like.

Abstract: Described herein are systems, methods, and software to monitor latency information in virtual desktop environments. In one example, a user computing system may obtain a first frame of video data from a second computing system, wherein the video data is streamed from the user computing system to the second computing system. The user computing system further identifies a first frame number for the first frame based on a code in the first frame, identifies a frame number for second frame of the video data to be streamed to the second computing system when first frame was received, and determines frame latency based on a difference between the first frame number and the second frame number.

Abstract: One example method of operation may include identifying a call originated from a caller entity destined for a called entity at a call content server, identifying a called number associated with the called entity and a caller number associated with the caller entity, comparing a telephone number prefix associated with the called number with a number of enhanced call content data elements to identify a match, selecting one or more of the enhanced call content data elements to pair with the called number based on the match, and forwarding the selected enhanced call content data elements to the called entity.

Abstract: A content sending method includes: a server obtains video media content and additional information content, indicates a calling terminal to complete resource reservation for transmitting the video media content and the additional information content, transmits the video media content to a first port set of the calling terminal, and transmits the additional information content to a second port set of the calling terminal. In this way, two types of content streams are transmitted to the calling terminal by using channels of the two port sets, and a function of providing an additional service in a process of playing a video ring back tone is implemented.

Abstract: Exemplary embodiments are directed to an inclusive video conferencing system having one or more input devices configured to receive conversational data according to a first video conferencing mode and data from a remote computing device identifying a second conferencing mode. A processing device configured to activate a video conferencing interface according to the second video conferencing mode of the remote computing device and process the conversational data for presentation in a format compatible with the second video conferencing mode. An output device configured to send the processed conversational data to the remote computing device.

Abstract: Methods and systems described in this disclosure allow customers to quickly be authenticated. In some embodiments, a device and a user verifier are associated with a user profile. When a call is received from the device, the user may be requested to input the user verifier. After verifying that the device is unique to the user and that the user verifier matches the user verifier associated with the user profile, the user may be authenticated to the call or activity.

Abstract: Techniques are provided herein for secure display device communications. In one example, a video communications device provides, to a display device over a first connection, communication information that enables the display device to contact a server over a second connection. The video communications device further provides, to the display device over the first connection, a command configured to initiate an interaction with the server. The server obtains, from the display device over the second connection, a message initiating the interaction in response to the command based on the communication information.

Abstract: Disclosed are example methods, systems, and devices for allowing caller computing devices to authenticate calls via a service provider computing system. Users may opt to have entities register to contact the user with a positive ID, icon, or other notification on the user's computing device transmitted by the service provider computing system. A caller computing device may use a unique security token of the user to activate the notification on the user's device. The user device may be used to exert control over the security token via a service provider client application running on the user device. The caller computing device may initiate authentication via an API call to the service provider computing system. The caller computing device is able to have items (text, images, documents, etc.) delivered to the user computing device if authenticated.

Abstract: A system may include a processor that may execute computer-executable instructions that cause the processor to receive caller information regarding an incoming communication from a caller and receive a request from a user to route the incoming communication to a virtual assistant application. The virtual assistant application is configured to interact with the caller and determine whether the caller is associated a fraudulent caller activity stored on databases accessible by the processor. The processor may then receive an indication from the virtual assistant application that the caller is associated with the fraudulent caller activity and forward the incoming communication to another party in response to receiving the indication.

Abstract: A video conference system including a transmitter device, a first receiver device and a second receiver device is provided. The transmitter device includes a transmitter control unit, a first network interface and a first wireless transmission module. The first receiver device includes a second wireless transmission module, a first receiver input interface and a first receiver video circuit. The second receiver device includes a second network interface and a second receiver video circuit. The first receiver video circuit combines the first video data and the second video data as a first combined video data. The first receiver video circuit transmits the first combined video data to a first display device, and outputs the first combined video data to the transmitter device, which outputs the first combined video data to the second receiver device through the first network interface and the second network interface.

The present invention may include analyzing a conference call including at least two participants. The present invention may also include identifying at least one interrupted segment in the analyzed conference call. The present invention may further include reconstructing the identified at least one interrupted segment of the analyzed conference call and integrating it with the uninterrupted (heard) portion of the conference call.

Abstract: An incoming communication processing system and method is disclosed for providing communication and data services to residents of a controlled facility. Specifically, the incoming communication processing system allows outside parties to initiate communications to residents of a controlled facility. The incoming communication processing system may work in conjunction with or separately from an outgoing communication processing system. Many restrictions and safeguards may be implemented within the incoming communication system in order to prevent improper use.

Abstract: A device for securing an external transmitter of a cochlear implant to the head of the wearer. A pouch containing the external transmitter is secured using a plurality of straps coupled to a decorative shell worn on a person's head. The pouch and the decorative shell are designed to allow sound to pass unhindered from the environment to the inner ear. The plurality of straps is adjustable to allow precise placement of the external transmitter over the internal receiver. The external transmitter is also secured using a pouch coupled to a decorative shell. The external transmitter is further secured using a sealer coupled to the transmitter and further coupled to the head using an adhesive barrier. The sealer is made of a semi-transparent material. The device ensures that an external transmitter remains in place.

Abstract: Systems and methods for providing called devices with sets of context data associated with communication sessions are disclosed. In one implementation, a method for generating context data associated with a communications session may include receiving, from a calling device at a first subsystem, a request to establish a communications session. The request may include a first identifier associated with the calling device. The method may further include receiving, at a second subsystem, activities data associated with the calling device that transmitted the request to establish the communications session. The activities data may include a second identifier associated with the calling device and may be indicative of device activities of the calling device.
