The method includes: receiving a submission regarding a favor performed by one or more first parties for one or more second parties; associating the favor with the one or more first parties and the one or more second parties in a database; and providing a user interface programmed to receive instructions from a plurality of users to take one or more or more actions selected from the group consisting of: searching for connections that have granted a particular type of favor in the past, searching for connections that have granted a specified quantity of a particular type of favor in the past, and displaying net flows of favors between a first organization having a plurality of parties and a second organization having a plurality of parties.

Abstract: In some examples, a service provider may manage inventories of items by offering money advances to make inventory orders on behalf of a merchant. The service provider may determine a risk associated with advancing money to the merchant based on sales of items made by the merchant. The service provider may provide a money advance to the merchant when the risk associated with advancing money is within a threshold level. The money advance may be used to order inventory from a supplier. This may assist the merchant in managing inventory.

Abstract: A system for data collection and loan activities is disclosed. The system may include a data collection circuit to receive data relating to a status of a loan and a set of items of collateral acting as security for the loan. The system may further include a blockchain service circuit to maintain a secure historical ledger of events related to the loan, and to interpret a plurality of access control features corresponding to parties associated with the loan. The system may further include a loan evaluation circuit to determine a loan status based on the received data, a smart contract circuit to create a smart lending contract for the loan, and an automated agent circuit to perform a loan action based on the loan status, wherein the blockchain service circuit is further structured to update the secure historical ledger of events with the loan action.

Abstract: As a client device accesses and interacts with a web server of an online retailer, an engagement evaluation server gathers data from both the client device and the web server. Over time, as the client device is used to access the web server and other web servers within the evaluation server network, a profile is built and maintained that describes some aspects of the client device interaction with the web server, including recency of visits, frequency of visits, frequency of views of products, frequency of shopping cart creation and modification, and other factors indicative of the user being engaged with the online retailer. The evaluation server performs statistical analysis and data modeling on profiles in order to generate an engagement score, and then provides the contact information for profiles meeting certain criteria.

Abstract: The present disclosure includes systems and methods for facilitating management of information related to electronic transactions. More specifically, the methods and systems discussed herein related to electronic transaction verification techniques that employ distributed computation methods, such as blockchains, to store transactional data for various web-based interactions, and to verify a transaction source and generate customer offers for these transactions.

Abstract: A system and method are provided for transferring money from a sender to a receiver. According to the method, non-private identifying information is received. The non-private identifying information is used to determine the identity of the receiver, and an indication is received of an amount of money to be transferred from the sender to the receiver. An account of the sender is debited and an account of the receiver is credited based on the amount of money to be transferred.

Abstract: A system for adapting a base classifier to one or more novel classes. The base classifier classifies an instance into a base class by extracting a feature representation from the instance using a feature extractor and matching it to class representations of the base classes. The base classifier is adapted using training data for the novel classes. Class representations of the novel classes are determined based on feature representations of instances of the novel classes. The class representations of the novel and base classes are then adapted, wherein at least one class representation of a novel class is adapted based on a class representation of a base class and at least one class representation of a base class is adapted based on a class representation of a novel class. The adapted class representations of the base and novel classes are associated with the base classifier.

Abstract: Systems and methods for biometric payments are disclosed. In one embodiment, a method for conducting a biometric payment may include (1) receiving at a server and from an electronic device, transaction information comprising an identification of a good or service to purchase from a merchant and a biometric payment instruction from an individual that was captured by the electronic device; (2) at least one computer processor authenticating the individual based on the biometric payment instruction; (3) the at least one computer processor determining a payment account for the transaction from the biometric payment instruction; (4) the at least one computer processor retrieving a payment device associated with the payment account; and (5) the at least one computer processor providing the payment device to the merchant.

Abstract: Techniques for generation and management of pools for events are presented. Pool management component (PMC) generates an event associated with a recipient. Within a period of time of the event, PMC generates a pool relating to the event. Based on contact user data, transaction data relating to transactions or interactions between recipient and merchants, and affinities of the recipient to contact users or merchants, PMC determines which users to invite as candidates to contribute monetary funds to the pool and which merchants to be candidates to the pool and to present offers for products. Notification component notifies candidates of their invitation to participate in the pool. Pool component receives contributions from user candidates and offers from merchant candidates. At time of the event, notification component notifies recipient of the gift being presented to recipient via the pool, the gift comprising money, a product, or offer for a product.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to blockchain and social media, and more specifically, to a unified engagement platform that incentivizes blockchain use and provides avenues for companies to foster brand loyalty amongst consumers. In accordance with aspects and embodiments, a method of facilitating blockchain use is provided. The method comprises providing a social media platform in communication with a blockchain and providing each user of the platform with a blockchain account. Social media influencers and creators, brands, and retailer users of the platform, referred to as partners, are provisioned with a set of digital collectibles having value and are provided with tools to create additional digital collectibles. A partner's digital collectibles are distributed to non-partner users on the platform that support the partner, users referred to as supporters.
