Abstract: The process of obtaining an insurance quote is currently based on information provided by filing online forms. Insurance companies use the consumer input data from online the forms to provide a quote for property insurance and for insurance underwriting. To complete the underwriting, the insurance companies have to make assumptions on various factors; for example, the structure and layout of a consumer's home, what type of content the consumer owns, its value, and its condition, among several others. It is desirable to get more accurate data on the consumer content, the structure and layout of the home, as well as other factors (e.g., hazards such as whether a house is on a canyon) in an automated fashion which would let insurance companies underwrite policies with a more accurate risk profile as well as save costs by not having to send an onsite inspector.

Abstract: A system for constructing an environmental, social and governance (ESG) optimized investment portfolio includes an ESG database, an alpha database, a user interface, and an ESG optimization engine. The ESG database includes ESG data for one or more investment products used to construct an investment portfolio. The alpha database includes alpha data for the one or more investment products used to construct the investment portfolio and the alpha data comprise rate of return data for the one or more investment products. The user interface is used for receiving a user's input for selecting an ESG optimization factor.

Abstract: In order to provide agile and dynamic portfolio management, systems and methods for underwriting and portfolio management include an ecosystem including a platform, including processing devices, communication interfaces, runtime environments, and databases, where the databases are configured to store ecosystem data, where the ecosystem data includes data associated with a plurality of systems. A service layer is in communication with the platform, the service layer including containers executed in the runtime environment and configured to implement microservices, where each of the containers include: at least one microservice and a datastore device configured to store domain-specific data. An orchestrator is in communication with the service layer, the orchestrator to schedule execution of the microservices according to bounded contexts coordinated with composite application programming interfaces (API) interfacing with a microservice specific API.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer program products for data filtering with fuzzy attribute association are provided herein. A computer-implemented method includes obtaining one or more rules, specified by an expert, that define a partial ranking of a plurality of fuzzy pairings between (i) a plurality of item attributes for items in a data catalog and (ii) a plurality of user attributes related to said items; generating an interactive session with the expert to resolve one or more ambiguities in the one or more rules; and deriving a scoring function based at least in part on (i) the one or more rules and (ii) the resolved one or more ambiguities, wherein the scoring function generates a comparative score between any two items of said data catalog for a given one of the users associated with the plurality of attributes.

The CPP computing device is also configured to build a merchant table, receive a card list, and compare a plurality of flagged account identifiers in the card list to account identifiers in the merchant table. The CPP computing device is further configured to retrieve a unique merchant identifier and/or a merchant name identifier associated with the merchant table account identifiers matched with the flagged account identifiers, aggregate the unique merchant identifier using the merchant name identifier, and determine a first number of the flagged account identifiers associated with the merchant name identifier.

The system receives an electronic file that includes an overdraft allowance information data structure comprising overdraft allowance information and automatically parses the overdraft allowance information into overdraft allowance events for the associated customers. The system sends overdraft allowance notification messages to the associated customers. The message includes a link to an authentication interface of an institution associated with the customer. After the customer is authenticated, the system provides a user interface that displays overdraft allowance information for each overdraft allowance event associated with the customer and a display element for a payment option. Responsive to the customer selecting the payment option, the system sends a payment message that causes a transfer of a payment to the institution.

Abstract: Decentralized machine learning to build models is performed at nodes where local training datasets are generated. A blockchain platform may be used to coordinate decentralized machine learning over a series of iterations. For each iteration, a distributed ledger may be used to coordinate the nodes. Rules in the form of smart contracts may enforce node participation in an iteration of model building and parameter sharing, as well as provide logic for electing a node that serves as a master node for the iteration. The master node obtains model parameters from the nodes and generates final parameters based on the obtained parameters. The master node may write its state to the distributed ledger indicating that the final parameters are available. Each node, via its copy of the distributed ledger, may discover the master node's state and obtain and apply the final parameters to its local model, thereby learning from other nodes.
