    Abstract: This invention is directed to a board game having a playing track comprising a number of distinct areas of different colors. There is also an area for pegs having colors and which colors correspond to the colors of the discrete areas. A person moves and directs a ring toward the peg. With the ring moving over the peg and positioning itself on the peg, the person can advance an indicator to a discrete area of a color corresponding to the color of the peg. It is possible for young children who cannot read or write to play this game as the game is based on color. To assist those who are color blind, there is also a letter indicating the color and a person who is color blind can play the game. The game is such that people of a very young age through people of an advanced age in their seventies and eighties can play the game for amusement and pleasure.

    Abstract: Control apparatus for video games has a control handle spaced apart from and joined to a separate housing by a connecting rod. The housing is contoured and securable to a user's arm, and forms an anchor point for manipulation of the control handle. The user may choose between variable resistive controls and switch controls which operate responsive to movement of the control handle and/or the connecting rod. Multiple individual controls may also be mounted on the handle to control other game functions. Plates having cutouts formed therethrough are attachable to the housing, with the control rod protruding therethrough, the movement of the control rod may thereby be limited by contact with the periphery of the cutout, preventing simultaneous engagement of two or more signal controls.

    Abstract: Two embodiments of a multi-directional control unit for video games and the like are disclosed. In each embodiment, the control unit includes a base structure, a circuit board with directional circuit segments, a resilient conductive pad arranged adjacent the circuit segments on the circuit board, a raised matrix on the conductive pad normally maintaining the pad in spaced apart relation from the circuit segments, a control element movable relative to the base structure and a directional actuator coupled with the control element for response to relative movement between the control element and the base structure for applying pressure to the resilient pad and establishing electrical contact with one or more of the circuit segments on the circuit board. One of the embodiments is a hand-held unit with the control element being a joystick, auxiliary triggers being mounted on opposite sides of the hand held unit for establishing selective contact in an auxiliary circuit segment.

Each player is provided with a token which the player moves around the board as directed by chance means such as dice. Each performer space represents a specific performer and has two designated values marked thereon, an acquisition value and an income value. Other spaces direct players to take actions, relevant to the sport which will retard, promote or in some instances not affect the players' chances of winning the game. Sets of cards corresponding to the performers, teams, stadiums and game related actions are provided.

A first set of playing pieces, conveniently in the form of construction workers, are moved along the playing positions while other sets of playing pieces, conveniently in the form of barrels and fire balls, interfere with the progress of the first set of playing pieces. Conflicts between the first and second sets of playing pieces are resolved by a two suit deck of cards. A playing piece dispenser is arranged to dispense playing pieces of the first set, one at a time directly onto the playing surface. The playing piece dispenser includes a collection bin for storing a plurality of playing pieces in serial fashion. A pivotal arm is connected at an outlet opening of the bin to receive a single playing piece therein. The pivotal arm receives a playing piece when the arm is in a generally horizontal position.

    Abstract: A game board with a base having four raised corner platforms defining a cross shaped playing surface therebetween, upon the base. Four player positions are thus defined on the four sides of the game but the game may be played by two, three or four players. Game pieces include from one to four marked pieces for each player and a predetermined plurality of total game pieces, including neutral, unmarked pieces and the marked pieces. Pairs of player moved, interconnected end blocks are arrayed side by side on the base with pieces aligned in a row between connected end blocks. Rows thus defined are movable at a 90 degree angle with rows arrayed therethrough and thereacross. Each game piece is radiused at its corners to facilitate movement of pieces past each other. Each player begins with one or marked pieces in a home position, the object of the game being to move such pieces across the board to the home position of another player.

There are also provided two dice for randomly determining two numbers in the range from one to six. Preferably the number of game pieces in each set is thirty-six and the game pieces are flat, square pieces having horizontal dimensions corresponding to those of the small squares.     Abstract: A portable pneumatic action game for two opposing players has a base including a central raised hollow core supporting a playing surface and oppositely extending end sills. The playing surface has an array of separate elongated channels, each with an aperture at each end. A transparent cover extends over all of the channels. Slots in the cover permit insertion of a playing piece into each channel. Slidably mounted on each of the sills is a manual air pump and nozzle which can be moved by the player along one end of the channel array to selectively register the nozzle in pneumatic communication with the aperture of one channel to propel the playing piece toward the opposite end. An opening is provided in the bottom of each channel adjacent each end for the playing piece to drop down into the hollow central core for later tallying of the respective players' scores.

Rotation of the track members is accomplished through manipulation of a set of attached knobs. Each track member may include a metal panel to which the magnetized wheels of the self-propelled vehicle are attracted, allowing for rotation of a vehicle-carrying track member in a full circle without the vehicle falling from the track member.

To make the game further changeful, the game pieces may each be divided into two axial half sections which are joined together for relative rotation to enable reversion of its polarity.
