Abstract: A system enabling interactions in virtual environments comprises one or more cloud server computers comprising at least one processor and memory storing data and instructions implementing a virtual environment platform comprising at least one virtual environment; at least one camera obtaining live data feed from a user of a client device; and a client device communicatively connected to the one or more cloud server computers and at least one camera. The system generates a user graphical representation from the live data feed that is inserted into a selected virtual environment and is therein updated, enabling real-time multi-user collaboration and interactions in the virtual environment. Suitable system architectures and methods thereof are also herein disclosed.

Abstract: A control display method is performed by an electronic device, the method including: displaying a graphical user interface (GUI), the GUI including a virtual character located in a virtual environment and a control; updating a display position of the virtual character on the GUI as the virtual character moves in the virtual environment; and in accordance with a determination that the control blocks the virtual character at the display position: increasing a transparency of the control. The control display method enables a user to better observe the virtual character that would have been blocked by the control, and dynamic changes of the transparency of the control is more likely to attract the user's attention, so that the user does not miss important information.

Abstract: A method and system for a responsive climate control interface are disclosed. The climate control interface includes an interactive element further comprised of a climate settings map and a climate setting selector. The climate setting selector can be moved to different locations on the climate settings map in order to select a climate setting with a particular temperature and fan speed. The appearance of both the climate settings map and the climate setting selector can be changed as the climate change selector is moved in order to visually indicate temperature and fan speed settings. The system also includes a haptic feedback module that can convert climate settings into haptic feedback levels.

Abstract: Techniques for clustering a plurality of virtual space servers based on communication platform data are discussed herein. In some examples, a user may post a message to a virtual space of a communication platform. The communication platform may transmit the message to virtual space servers configured to manage the virtual space within which the message originated. In such examples, the communication platform may identify clusters of virtual space servers and determine within which cluster the corresponding virtual space server is located. Virtual space servers may be clustered based on attribute data associated with communication platform data. In some examples, the communication platform may send the message to the virtual space server which may send the message to subscribing gateway servers. Further, the gateways servers may send the message to the recipient client devices. The recipient client devices may display the message via a user interface of the communication platform.

The editor overlap handler adjusts the visual characteristics of the components within the webpage editing view, according to component relationships and at least one of website information, user information, object properties or activation rules.

Abstract: A system and method are described for changing window's functionality upon detecting resizing events. According to one example method, a plurality of size thresholds is defined that are associated with a plurality of functional states for a window. Upon detecting that a size of a window reaches a first size threshold, a first functional state is applied to a window. Then, upon detecting another size threshold as the window is being increased or decreased in size, another functional state associated with the detected threshold is applied to the window.

The memory hardware stores a pathway database including pathways corresponding to at least one pathway parameter, a framework database including a set of framework transformation models, and instructions. The instructions include, in response to receiving a first pathway parameter corresponding to a user, identifying a subset of pathways of the pathways corresponding to the first pathway parameter. The instructions include obtaining a first set of framework transformation models from the framework database, determining a pathway value for each pathway of the subset of pathways using the first set of framework transformation models, and selecting at least one pathway of the subset of pathways based on the corresponding pathway value. The instructions include transmitting information encoding the at least one pathway to the operator device and transforming a user interface of the operator device to display the at least one pathway.
