Abstract: Methods, computer-readable media, systems, and/or apparatuses are provided for providing offer and insight generation functions. User input requesting an offer or insight may be received and an image of a photographic identification of a user may be requested. The image of the photographic identification may be captured and stored. A self-captured image of the user may be captured (e.g., via an image capture device of the computing device) and compared to an image of a user from the photographic identification. Responsive to determining that the images match, displaying an instruction to capture a vehicle identification number. The vehicle identification number may be captured. Data, including location data, may be extracted and an archive including the extracted data may be generated and the data may be transmitted to an entity computing system for processing. The entity computing system may evaluate the data and generate one or more insights and/or outputs.

Abstract: A point-of-sale system is a dual-screen stand assembly that includes a merchant terminal and a consumer terminal. The merchant terminal and the consumer terminal can be mated together in a fixed position to form a single unitary stand, or can be separated from each other in a separated position with each terminal serving as its own separate stand. The merchant terminal supports a merchant computing device and is oriented in a merchant-facing direction. The consumer terminal is detachably mated to the merchant terminal and supports a consumer computing device that is oriented in a consumer-facing direction. The point-of-sale system also includes a card reader as part of the customer terminal to perform a payment. The card reader is configured to accepting swipe cards, chip cards or contactless (EMV or NFC) payments.

Abstract: Methods and systems for allocating vehicles for rental rides to customers are provided. A booking request for a rental ride is received from a customer device of a customer. The booking request includes at least a ride distance and a ride duration specified by the customer. Based on the ride duration in the booking request, a predefined ride distance is determined for the rental ride. A ride fare for the rental ride is determined based on at least one of the ride duration, the ride distance specified by the customer, the predefined ride distance, a base fare, and a ride cost per unit distance. Upon confirmation of the ride fare by the customer, an available vehicle is allocated to the customer for rental ride.

Abstract: After receiving a trip request, a ridesharing platform system can determine scores for each prior trip request within a time window from features associated with the prior trip request. The ridesharing platform system can determine patterns from corresponding scores and determine a risk for the trip request using on the patterns. The ridesharing platform system can determine whether to accept or decline the trip request based on the risk for the trip request.

Abstract: Notifying a user of an instant message (IM) service about a modification made to an opportunity includes receiving at least one modification to an opportunity stored in a customer relationship management (CRM) system, the opportunity representing a complex record structure in the CRM system, identifying a first user associated with the modification made to the opportunity stored in the CRM system, determining, from a list of users associated with the opportunity, a second user associated with the first user through an IM service, and sending an alert to the second user on the IM service, the alert indicating to the second user the modification made to the opportunity by the first user.

Abstract: An objective of the present invention is to provide an in-vehicle device, an arrival notification system and an arrival notification method which can enable an arrival of the vehicle to be easily recognized by a user. The objective is achieved by causing a notification device with a communication function to generate a notification sound when the vehicle arrives at a delivery target, which can enable an arrival of the vehicle to be easily recognized by the user. I.e., this can cause the notification device to generate the notification sound more easily and it can be recognized by users more easily than an arrival notification method by merely sending an electronic mail.

The method and system provide a self-help service including an assistance documents database including a large number of assistance documents. The data management system includes a database of messaging content including a large number of messages that can be provided with assistance documents accessed by users. The data management system includes a predictive model that has been trained with a machine learning process to match messages from the messaging content database to assistance documents. When a user accesses an assistance document, the predictive model matches the assistance document to a message from the messaging content database in real time. The data management system provides personalized messaging content data including the matched message in real time with the assistance documents accessed by the user.

Abstract: A campaign profile specifies products and/or content items associated with a campaign. A target group selection engine applies an affinity attribute model to user information of a user. The affinity attribute model is used to determine the user's affinity towards (a) product attributes of the products associated with the campaign and/or (b) content attributes of the content items associated with the campaign. The affinity attribute model may be generated using machine learning. A user interface accepts target user tuning parameters that specify weights to be applied to the affinity attributes determined by the affinity attribute model. Based at least on applying the weights to the affinity attributes, an inclusion score and/or exclusion score for the user is determined. The user is included in a target group, for engaging with the campaign, based on the inclusion score and/or exclusion score.

Abstract: A system and method of operating a carwash with flexible service offerings comprises providing an automated computer terminal at which a user of a vehicle can purchase a car wash and at least one additional service, such as a hand service, after receiving the car wash, determining a queue for the at least one additional service at the time a user purchases a car wash, calculating a price for the at least one additional service based on the queue and displaying the price for the at least one additional service on the automated computer terminal. If the queue for the at least one additional service is low or empty, the user is provided with a discount to incentivize the user to purchase such service.

In addition, consumers have the ability to turn off individual product advertisements by removing that product from the wish list. Sellers utilize reverse bidding to compete for advertising space with each consumer and friend. One particularly advantageous feature of the embodiment is that wish lists serve as nameless and untraceable proxies for each member by keeping personal information removed from the sellers.

One of the methods comprises: receiving a trip request comprising an origin and an initial destination; determining one or more alternative destinations based on one or more features of the initial destination; for each of the alternative destinations, determining, based on a machine-learning classifier, a probability for the rider to select a trip option from the origin to the alternative destination, where the machine-learning classifier is trained to accept input comprising one or more attributes of the trip option and generate output comprising the probability for the rider to select the alternative destination; generating a score for each of the alternative destinations based at least on the probability; and ranking, by the computing device of the ridesharing platform, the alternative destinations based on the scores.

Abstract: The present application describes systems, methods and devices for creative asset management, some of which can be utilized in closed/batch supply and/or open real-time bidding (RTB) supply opportunities. The present application further describes systems, methods and devices for omni-channel creative asset management that may have bi-directional features. In particular, in some embodiments, the creative asset management systems, methods, and devices described herein can allow advertisers to consolidate their online advertising efforts into a central platform.

Abstract: A system provides notification of a time range for an order delivery. The system identifies estimated maximum delivery dates for each order in historical order data, and generates estimated minimum delivery dates for a first portion of the historical order data using a predictive model, wherein the predictive model is trained on a second portion of the historical order data. The system evaluates accuracy of the predictive model by determining a proportion of the first portion of the historical order data that had an actual delivery date between its corresponding estimated minimum delivery date and its corresponding estimated maximum delivery date, and revises a feature matrix to improve the accuracy of the predictive model. The system also estimates a maximum delivery date for the order delivery based on a plurality of lead times, estimates a minimum delivery date for the order delivery using the predictive model with improved accuracy.

Abstract: A system for processing a digital promotion may include a cloud server. The cloud server may be configured to operate a messenger bot associated with a digital advertisement for a given product on a mobile wireless communications device associated with a given user, collect information from the messenger bot, and determine whether a potential redemption location is within a given area associated with the mobile wireless communications device. When the potential redemption location is within the given area, the cloud server may communicate a first digital promotion for the given product through the messenger bot to the mobile wireless communications device based upon the collected information. When the potential redemption location is outside the given area, the cloud server may communicate a second digital promotion through the messenger bot to the mobile wireless communications device based upon the collected information.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for efficiently allocating resources among participants. Methods can include receiving valuation data specifying, for each of a plurality of entities, a respective valuation for each of a plurality of resource subsets, each resource subset comprising a different combination of one or more resources of a plurality of resources. After receiving valuation data, assigning each resource in the plurality of resources to a respective entity of the plurality of entities based on the valuations and generating, for each particular entity, a respective input representation that is derived from valuations of every other entity in the plurality of entities other than the particular entity. The input representation for each particular entity is processed using a neural network to generate a rule for the particular entity and a payment based on the rule output for the entities.
