The load manager may generate, based on analysis of the infrastructure performance indicator, a reward record configured to associate a reward with a target geographic location wirelessly served by the hardware infrastructure. The load manager may instruct a mobile devices to display an indication of the reward record at a position on the display of the mobile device representative of the target geographic location.

The user logs on through the wireless communication system to the secure network using her personal data device, and communicates to and stores in the database personal data defining her characteristics. Either the secure network automatically identifies the first users precise geographic location, or the user himself otherwise indicates and stores in the database of the network an identifying address that indicates his current specific geographic location. Personal data defining the user's characteristics are then sent to a business location at the user's location to facilitate a payment transaction.

The validation form may prompt a user to capture images of a driver's license, a payment instrument, an invoice, or a passport. Smartphone communication with the application server can include device identifier such as MSISDN, IMEI, or IMSI.

Once the relative effectiveness for various audiences has been determined, advertisements can be selected for presentation to individual consumers or to groups of consumers, so as to maximize effectiveness. Such analysis and selection may be performed substantially in real-time.

The manager creates a targeted mission for the appropriate subpopulation of users. The mission specifies an action and a time limit. Completion of the action increases completion of the task. Messages are sent to users in the subpopulation to alert them of the mission. The mission feedback interface provides feedback visually for users in the subpopulation. The mission feedback includes indicators of remaining time and percent completion.
