Abstract: A casket carrying device that is designed to allow for much easier transporting of the coffin from a funeral to a graveside service allowing it to be maneuvered more easily, even up and down flights of stairs as necessary. The handle members may be about five inches wide. The handles may have two top slightly curved portions measuring about two inches across. The handy handle features a pivot rod about 18 inches in length and 1-1½ inches in diameter that allows for the handle to be used on either side of the casket. The handle may fold when not used (when not in extension) to become parallel with the casket. The handles when properly used put less strain on the casket bearers since they provide functionally accessible handles.

Abstract: This invention is a secure and portable apparatus and is of parcel bag-type receptacle that can be placed for a limited time, outside a front-door or place of access to a mail carrier. The apparatus can be securely connected to a pre-existing doorknob of the front door or pre-existing door handle on or near the front door for a mail carrier to deliver a package, lock up the parcel bag, so that only the resident or authorized recipient can access the parcel upon their return. The locking mechanism in the parcel bag is one-way, thereby, once locked; even the package delivery person will not be able to access the package. The secure storage system neither damages nor requires any permanent alterations to the property structures at or near the front-door. It is portable and can be carried along during one's travel.

Abstract: A remotely controlled adjustable mailbox support uses a stepping motor, controlled by a microprocessor/CPU, to raise a mailbox platform above a level where the mailbox can be damaged by a passing snow plow. Based on remote command signals received by a internal communications module, the time and duration when the mailbox is raised can be controlled, as well as the height to which it is raised. An optional temporary rf-signal over-ride capability for mail carriers and/or snow plow operators is also provided, as well as control application software for wireless mobile devices.

The housing assembly can be configured to sealingly house electronics or other components. The tread assembly can removably mate with the housing assembly such that the electronics or other components remain closed and/or sealed within the housing assembly when the tread assembly is mated or unmated with the housing assembly.

Abstract: A personalized decorative urn for retaining the ashes of a loved one, such as a deceased pet, in a decorative container suitable to be personalized in a way to honor the loved one interred therein includes a container body which defines a rigid receptacle with integral side photo slots and a top neck sized to receive a removable lid. Each photo slot defines a three closed side, one open side enclosure which is sized to receive and securely hold a conventional printed photograph. The top neck is configured to allow an attachable card to be coupled with the container body through a decorative ribbon. In operation, the personalized decorative urn allows a loved ones ashes to be held in a container which has been decorated by an end user with photographs and other written indicia placed in the photo slots or in the attachable card.

The currency container includes a coin inlet, a bill inlet, and a lock-incorporated shutter that opens and closes a tag. When the shutter is operated to open, RFID wireless verification is performed between an antenna located in the container unit and the tag of the currency container. When predetermined conditions including accomplishment of the RFID verification are satisfied, rotation of a receiver handle is permitted. When the receiver handle is rotated once, a safe main body of a safe, which is located in the safe unlocking machine, is solely moved rearward. The currency in the safe main body falls down due to its own weight and is stored in the currency container.
