Abstract: A tent includes: a tent main body portion that has an internal space forming sheet member that is able to form an internal space; and a snow filling portion that is provided around an outer circumferential surface of the internal space forming sheet member and in which snow is allowed to be filled, wherein the snow filling portion has a plurality of cells arranged adjacently to one another in a circumferential direction of the snow filling portion, and each of the cells is open at a top and a bottom of the cell.

Abstract: An upper nest and a lower nest of an umbrella framework each comprise a nest body and a plurality of pins around the nest body. Each pin is integrally connected with the nest body via a connecting section. Each middle disk comprises a pin, which is disposed on an outer wall of a sleeve and integrally connected with the sleeve. Each long bone has an upper end thereof coupled with a pin of the upper nest, and the sleeve of each middle disk is fitted over a middle part of the long bone. Each short bone has an upper end thereof coupled with the pin of the middle disk, and a lower end thereof coupled with a pin of the lower nest. Thereby, an improved member structure for an umbrella framework is formed.

Abstract: A system and method are provided for the shielding of outdoor electrical equipment from inclement weather, the system comprising: a plurality of support brackets affixed to the outdoor electrical equipment; a support frame disposed in the support brackets; a waterproof cover disposed over the frame; an apron depending from the cover, configured to cover electrical connections on a side of the outdoor electrical equipment.

Abstract: A frame structure for a portable structure, preferably a tent, has a hub capable of a plurality of configurations, each configuration adapted for receiving an associated end of a tent pole. Preferably, the tent pole is formed from a plurality of tent pole sections. Each tent pole section has a first end and a second end. At least one end of each of said plurality of tent pole sections has a ferrule associated with it. The ferrule is sized to receive an adjacent end of an associated tent pole section. Preferably the ferrule has a frustoconical shape. The structure also includes feet for receiving an end of each tent pole. The hub, tent poles and feet all are attached to the material used to define the tent.

Abstract: An encapsulating system for abating and mitigating contamination from lead-based dust, particles and/or chips in a construction repair, renovation or removal operation and thereby minimizing exposure to lead-based hazardous materials is provided. The apparatus utilizes a framing mechanism supporting an encapsulator container or workbag adapted to surround and seal off a work-area encompassing a contaminated work-piece. The framing mechanism is typically adjustable poles or an adjustable frame apparatus having a plurality of height adjustable vertical legs. The flexible plastic encapsulating container is positioned and supported by the adjustable poles or frame. The container has at least one open-end for surrounding the contaminated work-piece, and the open-end of the container is adhered to the work-area and substantially surrounds and seals off the contaminated work-piece from the interior portions of the work site.

Abstract: An umbrella holder having a base, a holder removably attachable to the base, and a plurality of stakes to secure the base to the ground. A top surface of the base has a section to store the holder when not in use. A bottom surface of the base has a plurality of stake holders to hold the stakes when not in use. The holder has two tubes attached by link arms to allow the two holders to be adjustable relative to each other. The base also has a central main hole and a plurality of auxiliary holes so that a pole can be inserted through at least one of the tubes and through the main hole so as to be perpendicular to the ground, or through one of the auxiliary holes so as to be non-perpendicular to the ground.

Abstract: A portable shelter framing system is disclosed herein. The portable shelter framing system includes a plurality of vertical support members; a plurality of crossbeam members, each of the crossbeam members configured to be connected between a pair of the plurality of vertical support members without the use of tools; and a plurality of roof frame members, each of the roof frame members configured to be coupled to one of the plurality of vertical support members or one of the plurality of crossbeam members without the use of tools. In one or more embodiments, the portable shelter framing system further includes a plurality of connecting members, each of the connecting members configured to couple a respective one of the plurality of roof frame members to a respective one of the plurality of vertical support members or to a respective one of the plurality of crossbeam members without the use of tools.

Abstract: A tent for photography includes a ladder assembly and an affiliated tent. The ladder assembly includes two front support legs and two rear support legs. Tops of the front and rear support legs are hinged together. At least one footboard is disposed on the front support legs or between the front and rear support legs. The affiliated tent includes a support rod and a tent cloth. The support rod is composed of rod members connected with each other. Two ends of the support rod after bending form two support legs of the tent. One side of the tent cloth is fixed on the support rod, and the other side is fixed on the ladder assembly. By the tent, a photographer can climb up or lie on the ground during field photographing. The tent provides a place for shading and sheltering from the rain to facilitate outdoor photography work.

Abstract: A walker/cane assembly, multi-legged cane, and single-pointed cane may share common parts that may be easily connected and detached to allow a user to convert a walker/cane assembly to a multi-legged cane and/or a single-pointed cane. Accordingly, a user may use a single assembly that may be quickly and easily modified to meet the user's needs, such as his/her current balance or energy level. One or more folding mechanisms may be employed to allow the walker/cane assembly, or the frame forming a portion of the walker/cane assembly, to be easily collapsed and folded. This may allow a user to store the walker/cane assembly, or the frame portion of the assembly, in a smaller amount of space than the expanded walker/cane assembly or the frame portion of the assembly may otherwise occupy.

Abstract: The present invention provides a walker including a fastening assembly. The walker has a connection part including two brace units, the fastening assembly assembled with the two brace units, and two side frames mounted to the connection part. The fastening assembly has a first baffle having a pivot end, a second baffle having a clasping portion, a curved wall having at least one plug and connecting the first baffle and the second baffle, and a clasping component pivotally mounted to the pivot end and selectively engaged with the clasping portion. The at least one plug of the fastening assembly is inserted into and fixed by the two brace units; and the clasping component is engaged with the clasping portion for further enhancing stability of the connection part and the fastening assembly to prevent the fastening assembly from falling off.

Abstract: An adjustable shade greenhouse device selectively controls light exposure within a greenhouse. The device includes a frame having spaced cross members arching between lateral sides of the frame. Outermost cross members are positioned at respective ends of the frame. Spacers are each coupled to outermost cross members and spaced longitudinal supports are coupled to and extend between associated pairs of the spacers such that each longitudinal support extends along the frame in inwardly spaced relationship to the cross members. An interior cover is supported by the longitudinal supports. A shade has a lower edge coupled to one of the lateral sides of the frame. A transport bar coupled to the frame is selectively movable along the cross members with a top end of the shade wherein the shade is selectively extendable and retractable over the frame by movement of the transport bar.

The cover sheet (33) is formed with a pair of substantially opposite longitudinal edges. Each edge of the pair of substantially opposite longitudinal edges is mounted to the spine (15) to form the storage housing. The cover sheet (33) is formed by cutting a sheet of flexible and resilient material to a length in accordance with a longitudinal size of the shielding member (7) in its collapsed state. The spine (15) is formed by cutting a length of rigid material, having a substantially continuous constant cross section, to a length in accordance with the longitudinal size of the shielding member (7) in its collapsed state.

Abstract: A walker and standing aid provides lift assist handles operably coupled to opposing tracks connected to the walker. The handles can transition between lift and adjustment configurations whereby when in the lift configuration, a person's weight can be supported thereby and when in the adjustment configuration the lift assist handle can be elevationally adjusted relative to the track. For preferred embodiments, the handles are infinitely adjustable within a range of motion along the tracks.

Abstract: A telescopic stick foldable in two portions (100), to be used for hiking, downhill skiing, cross country skiing, is made up of at least four tubular portions: an upper telescopic tubular part (200) provided with a grip (60), a first intermediate telescopic tubular part (300), a second intermediate telescopic tubular part (400), the telescopic parts sliding one in the other and fixable in position by locking elements, and a lower tubular part (500) terminating with a pointed end (1) connected to the second intermediate part adjacent to it. The lower tubular part (500) is restrained to the remaining parts by a rope (2) which traverses at least the second intermediate part (400), so that the stick can be folded in two parts, bringing the telescopic parts into a position of minimum extension and folding the lower part (500) on the others after having released it from the adjacent intermediate part.

Abstract: A cane includes a tube, an extension rod telescopically mounted within one end of the tube, and a control mechanism sandwiched between the tube and the extension rod. The tube defines a first aperture and a second aperture. The extension rod defines a plurality of holes. The control mechanism is movable among a first position where the control mechanism is positioned in a selected one of the holes in the extension rod, and the tube, the extension rod and the control mechanism are prohibited from moving axially with respect to one another; a second position where the extension rod and the control mechanism together are allowed to move axially with respect to the tube; and a third position where the extension rod is allowed to move axially with respect to the control mechanism and the tube.

Abstract: The fence attachable awning is constructed with a plurality of shade members that connect to form an awning. The plurality of shade members connects via a plurality of snap buttons to form the overall shape of the awning. The awning is attached to a set of frame supports that extend laterally from a respective hanging support. The awning attaches to the frame supports at a declination in order to enable rain to slope off of the awning when in use. The frame supports are constructed of individual components that collapse the frame support when not in use. The hanging supports of the frame supports are adapted to clip onto a top portion of a fence in order to support the frame support and awning there from.
