  • Patent number: 11965686
Abstract: A control system for a cooling system configured to selectively operate one or both of a condenser fan an evaporator fan in a reverse direction RD, measure power draw at the motor against configuration data and fan motor profiles, and determine if a blockage has occurred before the static pressure has reached a critical point static pressure where the efficiency, performance, and cooling capability of the cooling system is hindered and maintenance is required to clear the blockage. By determining if blockage has occurred before the static pressure has reached the critical point static pressure, an alert or corrective action can be taken.

  • Patent number: 11961319
Abstract: A system can use a video analytic algorithm and/or other input parameters to identify an event (e.g., theft). Optionally, the system can take action in response. For example, the security system can use video analytics to determine that a person has reached into a shelf multiple times at a rate above a threshold, which can indicate that a thief is quickly removing items from the shelf. A monitoring system can monitor other areas for breaches, such as an entrance to a store or residence. Monitoring entrances and/or exits can be used to determine occupancy, or to determine rush events to prompt customer service action, such as opening additional point of sale stations.

  • Publication number: 20240117262
Abstract: Fuel oil compositions, and methods for blending such fuel oil compositions, to enhance initial compatibility and longer term stability when such fuel oil compositions are blended to meet IMO 2020 low sulfur fuel oil requirements (ISO 8217). In one or more embodiments, asphaltenic resid base stocks are blended with high aromatic slurry oil to facilitate initial compatibility such that low sulfur cutter stocks, e.g., vacuum gas oil and/or cycle oil, may be further blended therein to cut sulfur content while maintaining longer term stability. These fuel oil compositions are economically advantageous when used as marine low sulfur fuel oils because greater concentrations of high viscosity resids are present in the final blend.

  • Patent number: 11935065
Abstract: The invention provides techniques for enabling offline devices that do not have an active connection to an account-based CBDC network to participate in CBDC network processes such as asset transfers. This is enabled by defining an offline protocol that governs the handling of such processes in an offline state. A collateral chain is provided by the CBDC network that links together multiple accounts so that an account lower down in the collateral chain can be used to settle a transaction in the case where an account higher up the chain does not hold sufficient CBDC to settle the transaction. On the device side, offline transaction messages are exchanged that enable either device to commit the transaction to the CBDC network once the device obtains an active connection to the CBDC network.
