Abstract: Bone fusion system, plate system, guide, implant, kit and methods for using the bone fusion system, plate system, guide and implant are disclosed. The bone fusion system includes an alignment guide, an implant, and at least one fastener inserted through the implant. The alignment guide includes a body portion, a first lobe positioned at a first end of the body portion, a second lobe positioned at a second end of the body portion, and an extension member extending away from a first side of the body portion. The implant includes a body portion, a first arm extending away from the body portion in a first direction, a second arm extending away from the body portion in a second direction, and a third arm extending away from the body portion laterally between first and second arms. Finally, methods for using the bone fusion system, plate system, guide and implant are disclosed.

Abstract: Presently disclosed is a sacroiliac joint implant. In an embodiment, a sacroiliac joint implant includes a porous body configured to promote bone growth. The porous body may have a window that is configured to hold a graft material. The porous body may also include a first face and second face configured to contact the sacrum and the ilium of the sacroiliac joint when the implant is maintained in compression within the sacroiliac joint.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides systems and methods for utilizing a blockchain network configured to receive threat intelligence requests and validate or invalidate such threat intelligence requests based on a consensus response from a series of nodes on the blockchain network. According to the present disclosure, the method includes receiving a threat intelligence request at one or more smart contracts of a blockchain network. The method includes broadcasting, via the one or more smart contracts, the threat intelligence request to one or more oracles. The one or more oracles may broadcast the threat intelligence request to one or more nodes. The one or more nodes may gather threat intelligence data based on the threat intelligence request. The one or more oracles may determine if consensus is reached by the one or more nodes. If consensus is reached, then a threat entry may be submitted to the one or more smart contracts.

Abstract: Described herein are systems and methods for providing interactive notification panels to a user. A bot apparatus receives a notification from an application program and transforms the notification into one or more interactive notification panels configured to receive user inputs and/or to provide an output to at least one user input. Based on at least one user input, the bot apparatus transmits data to the application program, which causes the application program to perform one or more actions.

Abstract: A stowage bin lighting assembly for mounting to an internal cabin of a vehicle includes a chassis having a plate extending longitudinally between ends. The chassis supports light mount pedestals, wire standoffs, and at least one valance support above the upper surface. The stowage bin lighting assembly includes a light mounted to the light mount pedestals positioned above the plate by the light mount pedestals for providing lighting from the stowage bin assembly to the internal cabin of the vehicle. The stowage bin lighting assembly includes a wire electrically connected to the light to supply power to the light and coupled to at least one of the wire standoffs to control a position of the wire relative to the plate. The stowage bin lighting assembly includes a valance coupled to the valance mount pedestals configured to be coupled to the stowage bin assembly by the valance support.

Abstract: A crucible that exploits the observation that molten metal tends to flow toward the hottest regions is disclosed. The crucible includes an interior in which dopant material may be disposed. The crucible has a pathway leading from the interior toward an aperture, wherein the temperature is continuously increasing along the pathway. The aperture may be disposed in or near the interior of the arc chamber of an ion source. The liquid metal flows along the pathway toward the arc chamber, where it is vaporized and then ionized. By controlling the flow rate of the pathway, spillage may be reduced. In another embodiment, an inverted crucible is disclosed. The inverted crucible comprises a closed end in communication with the interior of the ion source, so that the closed end is the hottest region of the crucible. An opening is disposed on a different wall to allow vapor to exit the crucible.

Abstract: A system and method for generating a virtual content to a physical object is described. The system accesses a video that was captured by a camera. The video depicts a user performing a physical operation in relation to a physical object. The system determines metadata identifying positions of the camera relative to the physical object during the capturing of the video, identifies feature points of the physical object in the video, and retrieves a virtual object based on the feature points of the physical object. The system generates virtual content based on the video, the metadata, and the virtual object, and stores the object identifier and the virtual content relationally in a data storage that stores multiple sets of virtual content associated with multiple physical objects and their corresponding object identifiers.

Abstract: Provided is a broadband multi-line laser beam combiner apparatus and method that allows a broader spectrum of light to be emitted from a single optical path. The disclosed apparatus and method provide the ability to combine a number of unique laser lines including both visual and infrared light as one optical beam that is emitted from a single emission aperture or window using both conventional dichroic mirrors and an imaging dichroic mirror. The apparatus and method are based, in part, on an optical material selection and design that affords the ability to combine multiple broadband laser sources. Rather than merely emitting discrete laser lines, the presently disclosed broadband multi-line laser beam combiner can emit an “ultra-wide-continuum” of wavelengths from approximately 400 nm to 5000 nm at emitted optical powers greater than five (5) Watts from one emission aperture/window.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for dynamically pricing available storage units based on desirability is described. A server computer accesses a data storage storing a storage unit inventory for a particular facility. Each storage unit in the storage unit inventory is pre-assigned to a pricing group and provided a desirability rank. In response to a trigger for generating an updated sales plan for the particular facility (or for all facilities in a company), the server computer obtains an available storage unit inventory by deducting the unavailable storage units from the storage unit inventory and orders the available storage units within each pricing group by each unit's desirability rank. The server computer then assigns each of the available storage units to one of a plurality of pricing tiers within the pricing group according to the desirability rank order and generates an updated sales plan containing the available storage unit inventory grouped by the pricing group and by the pricing tiers.
