Abstract: Systems and methods for authenticating a user may include transmitting a request for a first set of information after validation of authentication information; receiving a response comprising the first set of information; parsing the first set of information using one or more template-based algorithms by scanning one or more websites to determine publicly available information associated with a user; comparing compare one or more results of the parsing with a second set of information to yield compromised information associated with the user; eliminating one or more portions of the second set of information based on the comparison; presenting a third set of information to authenticate the user based on the elimination and by supplementing the first set of information with a fourth set of information; and presenting a fifth set of information to authenticate the user if the third set of information fails to reach a predetermined threshold number.

Abstract: A system includes one or more memory devices storing instructions, and one or more processors configured to execute the instructions to perform steps of a method for detecting harassment. The system may receive communication data from a first customer service representative terminal or a customer communication device and may determine, based at least in part on the communication data and stored communication data, that the communication data comprises harassing content. The system may, responsive to determining that the communication data comprises harassing content, transmit to a second customer service representative terminal, a notification indicating that the communication data comprises harassing content.

Abstract: A card for storing both emergency information and payment information is disclosed. The card can be used by an emergency responder to retrieve emergency information for the user. The emergency information can enable the emergency responder to better render aid to the user. The card can have one or more processors, a sensor, and a memory in communication with the one or more processors and storing an application thereon. The application can cause the card to receive a request from a user device (e.g., from an emergency medical technician, or EMT) to access emergency information stored in the memory, transmit a security challenge to the user device, authenticate a received response to the security challenge from the user device, and transmit the emergency information to the user device.

Abstract: Methods and systems are described herein for identifying a location of a user prior to sending a notification and/or tailoring notification delivery and/or receipts to a determined location of the user. In many contexts, the delivery or receipt time of these notifications is important. For example, the message may include time-sensitive information or may have been targeted based on delivering (or being received at) an optimal time. The system may determine a time zone identifier by recording a user's default or home location based on known account data and establishing a transaction data stream for identifying transactions that are outside of a radius of the default location. Upon detecting transactions outside the default location, the system may update an account of the user with a temporary location. The system may then determine a delay based on this temporary location.

Abstract: Example embodiments of systems and methods for data transmission system between transmitting and receiving devices are provided. In an embodiment, each of the transmitting and receiving devices can contain a master key. The transmitting device can generate a diversified key using the master key, protect a counter value and encrypt data prior to transmitting to the receiving device, which can generate the diversified key based on the master key and can decrypt the data and validate the protected counter value using the diversified key.

The operations may include training a user event-model based on a relationship between the account data and account-engagement data. The operations may include receiving additional account data associated with the account and identifying, using the user event-model, a triggering event instance based on the additional account data. Abstract: The disclosed technology relates to Spend Limit Systems for gas-station refuel transactions. An exemplary system may receive vehicle information identifying a customer's vehicle and identify associated vehicle characteristics (e.g., gas tank size). The system may identify a known gas-station transaction geographic region for the customer. When the customer (or a fraudster) attempts to purchase gas, the system may receive a transaction request and, in response, set a single transaction limit sufficient to fill the gas tank size with gas and an associated spend limit. The system may also determine whether the merchant location falls within the known gas-station transaction geographic region. When it does, the system may approve the transaction request up to the spend limit. Otherwise, the system may perform one or more fraud prevention actions to authenticate the customer and either approve or deny the transaction request up to the spend limit and/or selectively perform fraud mitigation action(s).

Abstract: A method for enhancing automated transaction machine (ATM) security surveillance. The method consists of receiving a set of data from a financial device and generating a template for the financial device. The method generates an analysis by analyzing a portion of the received set of data. The method then determines a likelihood factor that the analyzed first portion is associated with a security threat, wherein if the likelihood factor is above a threshold then the method generates a second analysis by analyzing a second portion of the received first set of data and revises the likelihood factor based on the second analysis. The method generates a notice if the first likelihood factor exceeds a second threshold and then updates the template with the analysis and the likelihood factor and receives a second set of data from the monitoring device. The method updates the template with the second set of data.

Abstract: A method for enhancing automated transaction machine (ATM) security surveillance. The method consists of receiving a set of data from a financial device and generating a template for the financial device. The tip data can be displayed as a number of one to five dollar signs. A database can store the tip data table that is indexed by restaurant and has tip data for each indexed restaurant. The server can be configured to provide a tip data analysis engine that uses a machine learning model to analyze the tip data associated with one or more indexed restaurants in the database based on the restaurant name.
