Abstract: The disclosed embodiments provide systems and methods for purchasing items using an e-commerce shopping assistant. In one embodiment, the system includes a processor to perform operations for receiving an electronic message comprising a web address from a user's mobile device via SMS, accessing a web page using the web address, identifying an item for purchase based on the content of the web page, retrieving the user's account information based on an identifier of the mobile device, wherein the account information comprises user preferences and user profile information, identifying merchants from which to purchase the identified item, selecting a merchant from the identified merchants based on the user preferences, configuring the purchase transaction based on the user preferences and the user profile information, and completing the purchase transaction at a merchant system of the selected merchant.

Abstract: A computer vision card reader and/or point of sale device is described. The device is configured to sense when a user inserts a card into a card reader and to determine when a user departs or is about to depart from the device without retrieving the card. The device may issue an audible or visible alert to the user, reminding the user to retrieve the card. The device may additionally send a notification to a mobile device associated with the user that reminds the user that he has left a card at the point of sale. In some embodiments, message sent to the user contains a code and, upon entry of the code, the point of sale or card reader device returns the card to the user.

The server is configured to: retrieve online merchant terms associated with a merchant; store in the database the online merchant terms; apply a time stamp to the online merchant terms; associate the online merchant terms with the merchant in the database; assign the online merchant terms a date range in the database; receive information of a transaction of a user; search, based on the information of the transaction, the database for the online merchant terms; determine whether the online merchant terms are applicable to the transaction; associate in the database the online merchant terms with the transaction upon determining that the online merchant terms are applicable to the transaction; and responsive to receipt of a selection of viewing online merchant terms associated with the transaction, transmit the online merchant terms for display to the user.

Abstract: A security system for a network may be configured to detect one or more failed authentication attempts to access the network by at least one user device and determine the number of the failed authentication attempts. The system may determine a first risk score based on the number of failed authentication attempts and determine whether the first risk score is greater than or equal to a first risk score threshold and generate a first notification indicating that the user device is attempting to gain unauthorized access onto the network. The system may transmit the first notification to an administrator of the network, determine the user device is successfully authenticated to access the network after the number of failed authentication attempts has been detected, and apply a first set of network activity restrictions to the user device.

Abstract: Methods and systems are described herein for identifying a location of a user prior to sending a notification and/or tailoring notification delivery and/or receipts to a determined location of the user. In many contexts, the delivery or receipt time of these notifications is important. For example, the message may include time-sensitive information or may have been targeted based on delivering (or being received at) an optimal time. The system may determine a time zone identifier by recording a user's default or home location based on known account data and establishing a transaction data stream for identifying transactions that are outside of a radius of the default location. Upon detecting transactions outside the default location, the system may update an account of the user with a temporary location. The system may then determine a delay based on this temporary location.

Abstract: An artificial intelligence (AI) system including an AI engine is configured to receive identification information entered into an interface, receive at least one location input entered into the interface, select at least one security question and present the selected at least one security question via the interface, and receive an answer to the at least one security question. The AI engine is further configured to apply a predictive model to determine a confidence score based on the identification information entered into the interface, the location input entered into the interface, and the answer to the at least one security question and, when the confidence score exceeds a confidence score threshold, provide user location information, the user location information selected from the user location information stored in a data storage. The provided user location information can be masked to conceal the user location information from display on the interface.

Abstract: A system may include a first automated teller machine (ATM) and a second ATM, wherein the first ATM and the second ATM are in communication via a local area network. The first ATM obtains a user input value, generate an encryption key based on the user input value, and generates encrypted authentication information based on the encryption key. The first ATM also obtains a first biometric reading, updates a user record based on the first biometric reading, and stores the encrypted authentication information at the first ATM in association with the user record. The second ATM obtains a second biometric reading and a duplicate value, retrieves the encrypted authentication information associated with the user record based on the second biometric reading, generates a decryption key based on the duplicate value, and decrypts the encrypted authentication information to retrieve the authentication information.

Sender acceptance criteria are established for the upload email address. An email addressed to the upload email address and having a sender email address is received from an email sender via the network. A determination is made as to whether the received email meets sender acceptance criteria. Responsive to a determination that the email meets sender acceptance criteria, documents attached to the email are identified. Each identified document is associated with a document record comprising a document identifier and a sender identifier associated with the email sender and is stored in the searchable document database with the document record.
