Abstract: A social media platform can display a content item specifically targeted to a user by a targeting algorithm. The content item can display a graphic icon next to the content item. The user can select the graphic icon and provide input to the social media platform. For example, the user can log in a third-party platform, which can transmit certain data to the social media platform. Using the transmitted data, a de-targeting algorithm can block the content item. The de-targeting algorithm can also block unwanted content items in the future.

Abstract: In a method for distributed upload of documents an upload email address is assigned to a user and associated with a searchable document database accessible by the user via a user device and a network. Sender acceptance criteria are established for the upload email address. An email addressed to the upload email address and having a sender email address is received from an email sender via the network. A determination is made as to whether the received email meets sender acceptance criteria. Responsive to a determination that the email meets sender acceptance criteria, documents attached to the email are identified. Each identified document is associated with a document record comprising a document identifier and a sender identifier associated with the email sender and is stored in the searchable document database with the document record.

Abstract: In certain embodiments, speech is converted to text for theme identification by natural language processing. Notification data is generated based on detected themes and the notification data may include rules for notification presentation on a client device. The notification data may include parameters for processing image data captured by an augmented reality device to detect one or more objects. The objects may be associated with the theme and detection thereof within captured image data, and in accordance with other rules, may cause the augmented reality device to present a notification with contextual relevance to a current environment of a user utilizing the augmented reality device.

Abstract: In certain embodiments, an online transaction is verified based on merchant-independent user geolocation. A geolocation of a user associated with the online transaction is obtained from a mobile device of the user by a transaction verifying entity separate and independent from a merchant entity with which the online transaction is initiated. A server associated with the transaction verifying entity determines a proximity of the geolocation of the user to a delivery address for verifying the online transaction. The server generates a verification message including an approval message based on the proximity of the geolocation to the delivery address being within a specified threshold. The server generates a verification message including a rejection message based on the proximity of the geolocation to a delivery address exceeding the specified threshold. The server sends the verification message to another server associated with the merchant entity to carry out the online transaction accordingly.

Abstract: A system may include a first automated teller machine (ATM) and a second ATM, wherein the first ATM and the second ATM are in communication via a local area network. The first ATM obtains a user input value, generate an encryption key based on the user input value, and generates encrypted authentication information based on the encryption key. The first ATM also obtains a first biometric reading, updates a user record based on the first biometric reading, and stores the encrypted authentication information at the first ATM in association with the user record. The second ATM obtains a second biometric reading and a duplicate value, retrieves the encrypted authentication information associated with the user record based on the second biometric reading, generates a decryption key based on the duplicate value, and decrypts the encrypted authentication information to retrieve the authentication information.

A gain for the purchase transaction is calculated when the best cryptocurrency exchange rate is greater than the unit cost basis value of the chosen cryptocurrency stored in the cryptocurrency wallet of the user. The fiat currency converted in the identified cryptocurrency exchange is received from the cryptocurrency exchange to pay the merchant.
