  • Patent number: 9942596
Abstract: The present invention is intended to permit both real-time display of a picture represented by a non-compressed video signal on a television and display of a picture represented by a compressed video signal at any desired time by simultaneously transmitting the compressed video signal and non-compressed video signal via one interface. An STB packetizes a compressed video signal, and multiplexes the compressed video signal and a blanking signal combined with a non-compressed video signal. Thus, both the video signals are transmitted simultaneously. A picture represented by the non-compressed video signal is displayed on a television in real time. The compressed video signal is stored in a storage medium incorporated in the television, read at any user's desired time, and decoded so that a picture represented by the compressed video signal can be viewed at the user's desired time.

  • Publication number: 20160113336
Abstract: A mask has a mask body and a pair of ear straps. The mask body includes an outer layer sheet and an intermediate layer sheet. The outer layer sheet is formed of hydrophobic fibers. The intermediate layer sheet is laid on the outer layer sheet so as to be located on a wearer's side of the outer layer sheet when the mask is worn. The intermediate layer sheet includes a first fiber layer which is formed of polyolefin fibers containing an inorganic antimicrobial agent and a second fiber layer which is formed of polyolefin fibers and has a larger fiber diameter than the first fiber layer. The fiber diameter of the first fiber layer is within a range of 0.5 to 2.8 ?m and the ratio of a particle diameter of the inorganic antimicrobial agent with respect to the fiber diameter is within the range of 0.1 to 6.0.

  • Patent number: 9046611
Abstract: A self-powered gamma detector which can hold the influence of neutron rays to the minimum, and can measure the dose of gamma rays accurately under a high neutron environment in the reactor is disclosed. The self-powered gamma detector has a columnar emitter member; a collector member arranged in surroundings of the emitter member through an insulating member, and the strength of gamma rays is measured by detecting the value of a current which flows between the emitter member and an MI cable connected with the emitter member, and the collector member. Especially, the emitter member consists of pure tungsten (W), whose inevitable impurities is in 0.03 percent by weight or less.

  • Publication number: 20130047995
Abstract: A mask that includes a mask body, a left ear loop, and a right ear loop. The left and right ear loops each comprise a base and a rim that extends from the base and forms an opening. The ear loops are laid out on the contact surface of the mask body such that the rims are inwards of the bases. The bases are joined to the mask body by means of left and right joining parts, each of which has a top joining part, a middle joining part, and a bottom joining part. When the mask is worn, the left ear loop (or right ear loop) is folded at the left joining part (or right joining part).

Abstract: A mask that can prevent spaces from forming between a mask body and a wearer's face. In the mask, the top base and bottom base of a left ear loop are joined to the mask body at a top joining part and bottom joining part, respectively. Also, the top base and bottom base of a right ear loop are joined to the mask body at a top joining part and bottom joining part, respectively. In the top joining parts, joining part bottoms, which are at the bottom in a second direction, are shifted away from rims in a first direction with respect to joining part tops, which are at the top in the second direction.
