  • Publication number: 20130130420
Abstract: A laser lift-off method for LEDs forms an elevation difference structure on a conversion substrate corresponding to one isolation zone of an epitaxial layer before epitaxy is formed on the conversion substrate to form the epitaxial layer. The elevation difference structure can release stress between the material interfaces, thus can reduce broken probability while lifting off the conversion substrate and epitaxial layer via laser and further improve production yield.

  • Publication number: 20120241752
Abstract: A low contact resistance semiconductor structure includes a substrate, a semiconductor stacked layer, a low contact resistance layer and a transparent conductive layer. The low contact resistance layer is formed on one side of a P-type GaN layer of the semiconductor stacked layer. The low contact resistance layer is formed at a thickness smaller than 100 Angstroms and made of a material selected from the group consisting of aluminum, gallium, indium, and combinations thereof. Through the low contact resistance layer, the resistance between the P-type GaN layer and transparent conductive layer can be reduced and light emission efficiency can be improved when being used on LEDs. The method of fabricating the low contact resistance semiconductor structure of the invention forms a thin and consistent low contact resistance layer through a Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) method to enhance matching degree among various layers.

  • Publication number: 20100154297
Abstract: The present invention pertains to a liquid oxidizer of burner consisting of a hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and a dihydrogen monoxide (H2O, water) . Wherein the proportion of the H2O2 is 30˜100% and the proportion of the H2O is 0˜70%. Whereby, the oxidizer is added into the burner and is subjected to decomposition or catalysis by heating or a catalyst so that it could be transformed into heating steam and gaseous oxygen. Accordingly, the oxidizer possessing the high oxidization accelerates the burning speed of blazing wastes within the burner, and the wastes and firing would be efficiently burnt away. Therefore, the burning effect is advanced, and the emission of carbon monoxide, unburnt hydrocarbon (UHC), and pollutants are certainly decreased.

  • Publication number: 20090153397
Abstract: A GNSS satellite signal handling method is disclosed. For a specific Doppler bin, when a peak is found, it is checked if the specific Doppler bin is polluted with interference by detection. If the detection result indicates that the specific Doppler bin is polluted with interference, a threshold, which is used to determine whether the actual signal peak is found or not, is then raised to a higher level, so as to increase the searching reliability. To detect interference, it is determined whether the specific Doppler bin is polluted by comparing a statistical value of correlation results of a plurality of code chip hypotheses with a reference or by checking if there are plural peaks existing in the power spectrum.
