    Abstract: In the technical field of display, a color filter substrate and a curved display device, which can solve the technical problem of low aperture ratio of the existing curved display device, are provided. The color substrate comprises a plurality of sub pixel regions arranged as an array, and black matrixes for separating the sub pixel regions from each other. Measured along a transverse direction, the transverse width of each of all or some of the black matrixes located in the regions at both sides of the color filter substrate is smaller than that of each of the black matrixes located in the region at the center of the color filter substrate. The present disclosure can be applied to curved display device, such as liquid crystal television and curved liquid crystal display device.

The color filter substrate includes a substrate a transparent conductive film, a black array, and an auxiliary conductive layer. Wherein the auxiliary conductive layer is disposed over a surface of the substrate facing the black array, and has at least portions arranged between the substrate and the black array. By these arrangements, the present invention can effectively reduce the brightness interference of the liquid crystal panel, while increasing the adhesion of the auxiliary conductive layer in addition, this arrangement can effectively avoid the damage to the transparent conductive film by the auxiliary conductive layer.

A process tracking stabilizer is coupled to the transistor at the source or the drain not coupled to the input node. The process tracking stabilizer is configured to generate a control voltage for the transistor. The control voltage is configured to maintain a predetermined non-zero voltage at the input node of the converter circuit during a negative cycle of the sinusoidal voltage signal.

When the scan line set comprises at least three scan lines, a part of data lines is bended from one side of the pixels corresponding to a same column to another side between two adjacent pixels such that the thin film transistor of each of the pixels can be connected to a nearest data line. This prevents the data lines from interfering with the pixel electrode, and raises the charging time by turning on at least three scan lines simultaneously.

The waveform shaping circuit shapes the waveforms of the scanning driving signal along a rising edge. In this way, the voltage difference between the pixel electrodes is eliminated.
