    Abstract: The present invention provides a liquid crystal panel and a method for manufacturing the same. The liquid crystal panel comprises a color filter substrate including a first testing point of a common electrode thereon; and a thin film transistor substrate including a second testing point thereon for testing circuits of the color filter substrate, and a switching unit is arranged between the second testing point and the first testing point, and enables the circuit connection between the second testing point and the first testing point to be in a disconnected state when the potential of the second testing point is abnormal. In this manner, the potential of the first testing point inside the color filter substrate may be prevented from interfere as well as a phenomenon of picture display abnormality of the liquid crystal panel due to short in the testing points.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a charge-sharing type pixel structure having a first sub-pixel and a second sub-pixel that each includes a transistor. The second sub-pixel further has a third transistor and a top-gate electrode. When the third transistor is switched on, original gray scale applied to a liquid crystal capacitor of the first sub-pixel varies due to charges being shared with other capacitors. The top-gate electrode change the threshold voltage of the third transistor according to biasing signal so as to further adjust the variation of the gray scale voltage applied to the liquid crystal capacitor of the first sub-pixel.

Wherein the auxiliary conductive layer is disposed over a surface of the substrate facing the black array, and has at least portions arranged between the substrate and the black array. By these arrangements, the present invention can effectively reduce the brightness interference of the liquid crystal panel, while increasing the adhesion of the auxiliary conductive layer in addition, this arrangement can effectively avoid the damage to the transparent conductive film by the auxiliary conductive layer.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for manufacturing a liquid crystal display. The method includes: manufacturing a matrix substrate, having a glass layer and a metal layer; manufacturing a color filter substrate, having an active area and a black matrix region; utilizing a glue to fix the matrix substrate and the color filter substrate; and utilizing a laser point light source to make a laser generated by the laser point light source only lights up a region of the matrix substrate corresponding to the glue such that heats are transferred to the glue via the metal layer of the matrix substrate to pre-solidify the glue. The present invention only lights up the region corresponding to the glue. Therefore, the present invention does not have to use a blocking plate and reduces costs.

    Abstract: A liquid crystal display and the driving method thereof are disclosed. The liquid crystal display includes a plurality of pixels, data lines for transmitting data driving signals to the pixels, a scanning driver for generating scanning driving signals, a waveform shaping circuit for connecting with the scanning driver, a plurality of scanning lines for transmitting the shaped scanning driving signal to the pixels. The waveform shaping circuit shapes the waveforms of the scanning driving signal along a rising edge. In this way, the voltage difference between the pixel electrodes is eliminated. This way, the pulse width of the gate signal is increased after the LCD is boot up and before the backlight module is turned on, enabling the LCD to be boot properly in low temperature, without the need to raise the voltage level of the gate signal.

The conductive sealant fills the openings and the common electrode is electrically connected to the transfer pads through the conductive sealant. Further, the restraining elements are between the active device array substrate and the opposite substrate and are distributed around the corners of the conductive sealant such that the conductive sealant is forced to fill into the openings.

The first time period and the second time period have different phases from each other, and the gate driving frequency is different from the backlight driving frequency.
