  • Patent number: 12062367
Abstract: Systems, devices, and methods are provided for processing video streams. Metadata is extracted from an input video stream and processed using a video stream analyzer. The extracted metadata may be correlated along a time dimension. A metadata graph is generated based on relationships between various information present in the video stream as well as external fact sources. Machine learning models may be trained to receive an input phrase, determine a graph query from the input, and determine an output by traversing the metadata graph according to the graph query.

  • Patent number: 12051247
Abstract: Examples of the present disclosure describe systems and methods for detecting and remediating roadway hazards. In example aspects, a machine learning model is trained on a dataset related to roadway items. Input data may then be collected by a data collection engine and provided to a pattern recognizer. The pattern recognizer may extract roadway features (physical and non-physical) and recognized patterns from the input data and provide the extracted features to a trained machine learning model. The trained machine learning model may compare the extracted features to the model, and a risk value may be generated. The risk value may be compared to a risk value threshold. If the risk value is equal to or exceeds the risk threshold, then the input data may be classified as a roadway hazard. Remedial action may subsequently be triggered, e.g., notifying other vehicles on the roadway, notifying other devices of drivers on the roadway, and/or notifying interested third parties (e.g.

  • Patent number: 12038477
Abstract: The approach disclosed herein is a new approach to sequence generation in the context of validation that relies on machine learning to explore and identify ways to achieve different states. In particular, the approach uses machine learning models to identify different states and ways to transition from one state to another. Actions are selected by machine learning models as they are being trained using reinforcement learning. This online inference also is likely to result in the discovery of not yet discovered states. Each state that has been identified is then used as a target to train a respective machine learning model. As part of this process a representation of all the states and actions or sequences of actions executed to reach those states is created. This representation, the respective machine learning models, or a combination thereof can then be used to generate different test sequences.
