    Abstract: A reconfigurable circuit block includes a rate-conversion circuit, a processing circuit, a first asynchronous interface circuit, and a second asynchronous interface circuit. The rate-conversion circuit converts a first input signal into a first output signal. The processing circuit processes a second input signal to generate a second output signal. The first asynchronous interface circuit outputs a third output signal asynchronous with the first output signal. The second asynchronous interface circuit outputs a fourth output signal asynchronous with the second output signal. The controllable interconnection circuit transmits the third output signal to the processing circuit to serve as the second input signal when controlled to have a first interconnection configuration, and transmits the fourth output signal to the rate-conversion circuit to serve as the first input signal when controlled to have a second interconnection configuration.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a graphene composite fiber and a method for manufacturing the same. The graphene composite fiber includes a polymer material and graphene sheets which are 1˜10% by weight of the graphene composite fiber, each having a modified layer with first organic functional groups and second organic functional groups for forming chemical bonds with the surface of the graphene sheet and the polymer material, respectively. The polymer material is a thermoplastic polymer for enclosing the graphene sheets. The method includes steps of preparing graphene sheets, modifying the surfaces of the graphene sheets, adding melted polymer material, blending, forming composite raw particles through the granulator, and finally spinning to form the graphene composite fibers. The graphene composite fibers of the present invention are manufactured by simple processes and possess excellent mechanical strength, thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity, thereby replacing commonly used fibers.

A second firmware is installed into the memory module of the storage device according to an instruction inputted from the host device via the interface and delivered by the controller module.     Abstract: The present invention relates to a nano-graphite plate structure with N graphene layers stacked together, where N is 30 to 300. The nanometer nano-graphite structure has a tap density of 0.1 g/cm3 to 0.01 cm3, a thickness of 10 nm to 100 nm, and a lateral dimension of 1 ?m to 100 ?m. The ratio of the lateral dimension to the thickness is between 10 and 10,000. The oxygen content is less than 3 wt %, and the carbon content is larger than 95 wt %. The nano-graphite plate structure has both the excellent features of the graphene and the original advantages of easy processability of the natural graphite so as to be broadly used in various application fields.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing nano-graphene sheets, includes: intercalating and oxidizing a graphite material to form a graphite oxide by mixing the graphite material with an intercalation agent and oxidant; contacting the graphite oxide with a heat source to thermally flake the graphite oxide to nano-graphite sheets; suspending the nano-graphite sheets in a liquid medium and applying a mechanical shear force larger than 5,000 psi to mechanically flake the nano-graphite sheets for reducing the lateral size and thickness to form a nano-graphene suspension solution; separating the nano-graphene sheets from the nano-graphene suspension solution and drying the nano-graphene sheets; and finally reducing and heat treating the nano-graphene sheets to lower the oxygen content to less than 3 wt % and decrease the crystal defects.

    Abstract: An image generation system is provided, the system generating an ultrasound image and a photo-acoustic image of an object and including a dual-wavelength laser source, an optical filter, and an optical-based ultrasound sensor. The laser source generates a first laser pulse with a first wavelength or a second laser pulse with a second wavelength. The optical filter almost completely absorbs the energy of the first laser pulse and by the photo-acoustic effect, generates and transmits an ultrasound to the object so the object scatters and reflects the ultrasound. The second laser pulse almost completely penetrates the optical filter and is transmitted to the object so the object absorbs the energy of the second laser pulse, generates and sends a photo-acoustic signal. The optical-based ultrasound sensor receives the ultrasound and the photo-acoustic signal to generate the ultrasound image and the photo-acoustic image of the object.
