    Abstract: A multi-vinylsulfone containing molecule is described herein. The multi-vinylsulfone containing molecule can be formed by dissolving a water soluble polymer containing a hydroxyl group in an aqueous solution to form a polymer solution; adding a molecule containing two vinylsulfone groups to the polymer solution; and forming a modified polymer by controlling a number of the vinylsulfone groups that are added to the polymer. A hydrogel is also described herein that can include the multi-vinylsulfone containing molecule and a multi-thiol containing molecule. The hydrogel can be formed from an aqueous solution that includes the multi-vinylsulfone containing molecule and the multi-thiol containing molecule by undergoing gelatation upon delivery to a site in the body. Also described is a drug delivery system that employs the hydrogel.

In accordance with one example technique of the invention, it is assumed that a first call is established between a first user device and a second user device via a first server, and the second user device, wishing to initiate a call transfer to a third user device, establishes a second call between itself and the third user device via a second server. Thus, the technique includes the following steps. Upon the first server receiving a call transfer request from the second user device such that the first user device and the third user device can communicate, it is determined whether the first server has information that matches the second call.

    Abstract: A programmable metallization device comprises a first electrode and a second electrode, and a dielectric layer, a conductive ion-barrier layer, and an ion-supplying layer in series between the first and second electrodes. In operation, a conductive bridge is formed or destructed in the dielectric layer to represent a data value using bias voltages having the same polarity, enabling the use of diode access devices. To form a conductive bridge, a bias is applied that is high enough to cause ions to penetrate the conductive ion-barrier layer into the dielectric layer, which then form filaments or bridges. To destruct the conductive bridge, a bias of the same polarity is applied that causes current to flow through the structure, while ion flow is blocked by the conductive ion-barrier layer. As a result of Joule heating, any bridge in the dielectric layer disintegrates.

    Abstract: A dipole antenna is disclosed. The dipole antenna includes a feed-in terminal, a balun, a first radiator and a second radiator. The feed-in terminal is used for feeding in a radio-frequency signal. The balun is electrically connected to the feed-in terminal for driving out a return current of the dipole antenna to balance a feed-in impedance of the dipole antenna. The first radiator is electrically connected to the feed-in terminal and the balun for radiating the radio-frequency signal in a first frequency band. The second radiator is electrically connected to the first radiator, the feed-in terminal and the balun for radiating the radio-frequency signal in a second frequency band.

    Abstract: A receiver includes a control module, a data receiving circuit and a masking circuit. The control circuit generates an enable signal according to a pair of differential signals provided by a transmitter. Triggered by the enable signal, the data receiving circuits generates an output signal according to the differential signals, and the masking circuit starts masking the output signal. After generating the enable signal, the control module starts providing a bias voltage to the differential signals such that the output signal has a first state. The transmitter adjusts the differential signals to render the output signal to enter a second state from the first state. Upon detecting the output signal having entered the second state, the control module stops providing the bias voltage and generates a disable signal to prompt the masking circuit to stop masking the output signal.

The quantity of the second series data is more than the quantity of the first series data. The data converter receives the second series data and is electrically connected to the electrophoretic display panel. Besides, the data converter converts the second series data into display voltages, and the quantity of the display voltages is more than the quantity of the second series data. The gate driver is electrically connected to the electrophoretic display panel and the timing controller and controlled by the timing controller to provide gate driving voltages to the electrophoretic display panel.
