    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a dual work function semiconductor device is disclosed. In one aspect, the method relates to providing a substrate with a first and a second region. A gate dielectric is formed overlying the first and the second region. A metal gate layer is formed overlying the gate dielectric on the first and the second region. The metal gate layer has a first (as-deposited) work function that can be modified upon inducing strain thereon. The method further relates to selecting a first strain which induces a first pre-determined work function shift (?WF1) in the first (as-deposited) work function of the metal gate layer on the first region and selectively forming a first strained conductive layer overlying the metal gate layer on the first region, the first strained conductive layer exerting the selected first strain on the metal gate layer.

    Abstract: A method of establishing a coupon bar is applied to circuit layout of a multi-layer printed circuit board (PCB). A coupon bar library storing a great number of coupon bars and sets of setting parameters each corresponding to a coupon bar is connected. A set of parameters including a layer number value, a board thickness value, a line width value, and a distance value is input. The set of inputted layout parameters is compared with the setting parameters stored in the coupon bar library, so as to obtain a set of setting parameters and the corresponding coupon bar matching with each other. The obtained coupon bar is laid on one layer of the multi-layer PCB.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a wristwatch type acceleration detection module for measurement of exercise quantity, including a microprocessor, an acceleration sensor, a timer, a hand-swing-acceleration-vs-pace-span database, and a display device. The acceleration sensor detects a hand swing count of the user in movement and an acceleration induced by the hand swinging. The timer measures a time period when the user is in movement. The microprocessor receives the hand swing acceleration and the hand-swing-acceleration-vs-pace-span plot stored in the hand-swing-acceleration-vs-pace-span database to obtain the corresponding pace span and further computes a moving distance and a moving speed of the user through predetermined formula based on the pace span, the hand swing count, and the time period of movement of the user.

(or 186ReO4?) solution into the vial A, and the mixtures react in appropriate temperature. (3) Remove the contents of the 188Re-BMEDA (or 186Re-BMEDA) solution from vial A. (4) Inject the 188Re-BMEDA (or 186Re-BMEDA) solution into the vial B, and the mixtures react in appropriate temperature. The reconstituted solution in the vial B is applied to combine bimodality radiochemotherapy for treatment of tumor and ascites.
