The method includes determining, for a conversion between a video comprising a video unit and a bitstream of the video, whether a first coding tool is enabled for the video unit according to a rule. The rule specifies that the first coding tool and a second coding tool are mutually exclusively enabled. The first coding tool or the second coding tool comprises a sign data hiding tool. The method also includes performing the conversion according to the determining.

Abstract: A display substrate, a manufacturing method thereof and a display apparatus are disclosed. The display substrate includes a silicon base substrate and a color film layer disposed on the silicon base substrate. A plurality of metal traces for connecting a display area and a cathode ring with a bonding area respectively are contained in the silicon base substrate. The color film layer includes a first align mark, and the first align mark has a hollowed-out structure. A projection of the first align mark on the silicon base substrate and projections of the metal traces on the silicon base substrate include overlapping areas.

One example video processing method includes performing a conversion between a video including a video block and a bitstream of the video according to a rule, wherein the rule specifies whether to include, in a slice header (SH), a first syntax element that indicates whether a transform skip based residual coding is disabled for a slice, and wherein the rule specifies that whether to include the first syntax element in the SH is selectively based on a second syntax element in a sequence parameter set (SPS) that indicates whether a TS mode is enabled for the video block.

In a representative aspect, a method for video processing includes determining a block size constrain, making a determination, based on the block size constrain, about whether or not a merge affine mode and a non-merge affine mode are allowed for a video block in a video frame, and generating a bitstream representation of the video block based on the making the determination.

Abstract: A light-emitting device includes: a first electrode and a second electrode that are superposed; an emitting layer (EML) located between the first electrode and the second electrode; and an electron transport layer (ETL) located between the first electrode and the EML. The ETL includes a first surface proximate to the EML and a second surface proximate to the first electrode, oxygen vacancies is formed in the ETL, and a concentration of oxygen vacancies in the ETL gradually increases from the second surface to the first surface.

Abstract: Embodiments for video processing, including video coding, video decoding and video transcoding are described. One example method includes performing a conversion between a video comprising one or more video pictures comprising one or more subpictures and a bitstream of the video, wherein the conversion conforms to a rule that specifies that one or more parameters for a scaling window applicable to a subpicture are determined from one or more syntax elements during a subpicture sub-bitstream extraction process.
