  • Publication number: 20250029818
Abstract: Provided is a plasma processing method and device capable of controlling the etching mask shape during a single-step process that etches a target material disposed below the etching mask. The plasma processing method includes performing selective deposition on the etching mask in separate phases, which are controlled via a periodic bias voltage signal. By tuning the bias voltage power, duration and timing, the mask height and width can be controlled and stabilized while etching on the substrate proceeds. Thus, the present method provides an etching process that allows fine control of the etching mask shape for small pattern sizes and provides high etching selectivity through deposition.

  • Publication number: 20250028846
Abstract: Techniques are described for distributed storage and retrieval of data by a defined computing system that includes a plurality of computing devices arranged in a network topology. The computing system stores two or more data blocks of a data set across two or more computing devices of the computing system. Each data block comprises at least one fragment of the data set and metadata including a data set identifier. The storage locations of the data blocks are determined based on messages exchanged among the plurality of computing devices, and may only be known by the computing devices within the computing system. After receipt of a request to access the data set, the two or more computing devices retrieve the two or more data blocks based on the data set identifier, and the computing system sends the two or more data blocks to a requesting device external to the computing system.

  • Publication number: 20250030489
Abstract: Methods and systems are described for reducing interference on radio units from passive intermodulation (PIM) distortion. Base station radio units can have multiple antennas, each receiving and sending communications over various frequencies. Embodiments under the present disclosure can identify the source of PIM and then reduce power of the aggressor downlink carriers on the impacted antennas.
