  • Publication number: 20250018442
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for washing/cleaning granular material from slag and for washing/cleaning bottom/boiler ash from a thermal waste treatment. In the method, the granular material is added to a process liquid and is subjected to ultrasound therein. According to the invention, it is proposed that the process liquid is located in an upright cleaning channel with an upper feeding end and a lower extraction end, that the granular material is introduced into the cleaning channel from the feeding end, and moves downwards towards the extraction end due to the force of gravity, and is subjected to ultrasound during the sinking movement.

  • Patent number: 12195751
Abstract: This disclosure provides methods and landing pad constructs for generation of parental cell lines suitable for targeted integration. A method is provided by the parental cell line development; this is, the introduction of binding sites of BPV1 E2 protein to landing pad vectors so that expressed BPV1 E2 protein could locate the vector to transcriptionally active region in the genome. Cells with high expression level of reporter genes are selected for the next stage and will be used in the development of cell lines expressing another recombinant protein by recombination mediated cassette exchange (RMCE). Landing pad constructs include recombination target sites for site-specific recombinases, and therefore, it could be replaced with gene-of-interest expression construct containing the same set of recombination target sites. This yields the generation of producer cell lines with less effort compared to traditional cell line development by random integration.

  • Patent number: 12199847
Abstract: In one embodiment, a service tracks performance of a machine learning model over time. The machine learning model is used to monitor one or more computer networks based on data collected from the one or more computer networks. The service also tracks performance metrics associated with training of the machine learning model. The service determines that a degradation of the performance of the machine learning model is anomalous, based on the tracked performance of the machine learning model and performance metrics associated with training of the model. The service initiates a corrective measure for the degradation of the performance, in response to determining that the degradation of the performance is anomalous.
