  • Publication number: 20210174682
Abstract: A method and a system (100) for detecting parking spaces (32) suitable for a vehicle (1). In order to determine a parking space (32), radar signals (11) are directed to a plurality of vehicles (301, 302, . . . 30M) parked in a parking area (13) and also to surrounding elements (34). The radar signals (12) reflected by the parked vehicles (301, 302, . . . 30M) and also the surrounding elements (34) are processed in a computing unit (15). A gap (29) in a calculated periodicity (51) of a projection profile (24) is determined with an autoregressive prediction filter (53). • Publication number: 20210057256
Abstract: A method for calibrating an aligner station of an electronics processing system is provided. A calibration is retrieved, by a first robot arm of a transfer chamber, from a processing chamber connected to the transfer chamber. The calibration object has a target orientation in the processing chamber. The calibration is placed, by the first robot art, in a load lock connected to the transfer chamber. The calibration is retrieved from the load lock by a second robot arm of a factory interface connected to the load lock. The calibration object is placed, by the second robot arm, at an aligner station housed in or connected to the factory interface. The calibration object has a first orientation at the aligner station. A difference is determined between the first orientation at the aligner station and an initial target orientation at the aligner station. The initial target orientation at the aligner station is associated with the target orientation in the processing chamber.

  • Publication number: 20200335368
Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to a method and apparatus for determining a metric related to erosion of a ring assembly used in an etching within a plasma processing chamber. In one example, the apparatus is configured to obtain a metric indicative of erosion on an edge ring disposed on a substrate support assembly in a plasma processing chamber. A sensor obtains the metric for the edge ring. The metric correlates to the quantity of erosion in the edge ring. In another example, the ring sensor may be arranged outside of a periphery of a substrate support assembly. The metric may be acquired by the ring sensor through a plasma screen.
