Abstract: Provided herein are systems and methods for processing a script file generated using a declarative engine for workloads (DEW). A system includes at least one hardware processor coupled to a memory and configured to retrieve a script file. The script file specifies a plurality of tasks forming a plan and an order of execution for the plurality of tasks. The script file is compiled to generate compiled code. The compiled code is executed to generate an in-memory representation of the plan. The in-memory representation of the plan is converted into a graph such as a directed acyclic graph (DAG). The graph includes the plurality of tasks. The plurality of tasks in the graph are executed according to the order of execution.

  • Publication number: 20230245884
Abstract: A method of fabricating a layered structure comprising growing an epitaxial layer on a substrate with a first resistivity proximal to the substrate and a second resistivity (less than the first) distal therefrom. Porosify the epitaxial layer to form a porous layer with porosity >30% proximal to the substrate and ?25% distal from the substrate. Epitaxially grow a semiconductor (channel) layer over the porous layer. Also a layered structure comprising: a substrate; a porous layer; and an epitaxial semiconductor (channel) layer. The porous layer has a first porosity >30% proximal to the substrate and a second porosity ?25% adjacent to the semiconductor layer. The two different porosities can be optimized. The higher porosity is effective at insulating the channel from the substrate. The lower porosity provides a crystalline structure with single crystal orientation exposed that supports the channel layer comprising high quality, low defect, epitaxial growth.

  • Publication number: 20230127597
Abstract: Various embodiments herein relate to methods and apparatus for etching recessed features on a semiconductor substrate. The techniques described herein can be used to form high quality recessed features with a substantially vertical profile, low bowing, low twisting, and highly circular features. These high quality results can be achieved with a high degree of selectivity and a relatively high etch rate. In various embodiments, etching involves exposing the substrate to plasma generated from a processing gas that includes a chlorine source, a carbon source, a hydrogen source, and a fluorine source. The chlorine source may have particular properties. In some cases, particular chlorine sources may be used. Etching typically occurs at low temperatures, for example at about 25C or lower.

  • Patent number: 11507734
Abstract: In accordance with one embodiment, the present invention provides the ability to embed and edit rich content into a browser document. Embedded objects are not backed by installed desktop applications. Instead, in one embodiment, the embedded objects are Asynchronous Javascript and XML (AJAX) components that adhere to a set of design patterns, which are embedded within editable HTML documents. For example, a user composing an email message can embed a spreadsheet into the email in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. The spreadsheet is implemented, in one embodiment, as an AJAX component adhering to the Ajax Linking and Embedding (ALE) design pattern. Since it is an ALE component, the embedded object is fetched across the network so that it may be instantiated and used regardless of the user's location. The user can edit, manipulate, and save the embedded object while remaining in the context of the container document.
