  • Publication number: 20180374333
Abstract: An autonomous alarm monitoring system within the cloud contains all of a dealer's accounts. The dealers autonomous monitoring system interfaces with a third-party central station's system, and provides dealers with the ability to control all their own accounts as well as have them monitored by any third-party central station that interfaces to the dealer's autonomous alarm monitoring system. The dealer can switch from one third-party central station to any other third-party central station with a single mouse click. The dealer can split their accounts over a number of different third-party central stations and determine which types of alarm conditions or trigger signals will be sent to each third-party central station, and at what times of the day or days of the week.

  • Patent number: 10004406
Abstract: An activity monitoring device, methods and computer readable media are provided. The activity monitoring device includes a housing configured for attachment to a body part of a user and a display screen attached to the housing. Further included is a first sensor disposed in the housing for capturing motion of the activity monitoring device when attached to the body part of the user and a second sensor disposed in the housing for sampling a heart rate of the user. Memory is disposed in the housing for storing the motion captured by the first sensor and the heart rate sampled by the second sensor. A processor is disposed in the housing and is configured to determine a physical state of the user during a period of time. For motion that is below a threshold the processor identifies the physical state to be a sedentary state and for motion that is at or above the threshold the processor identifies the physical state to be an active state.

  • Publication number: 20180159645
Abstract: In some examples, an interactive audio system includes a receiver for receiving a broadcasted radio frequency (RF) carrier signal. The system may demodulate a portion of the RF carrier signal to receive a demodulated output signal. For example, the demodulated output signal may include a demodulated audio program having embedded data contained within the demodulated audio signal. The system may extract the embedded data from the demodulated audio program. The system may present information related to the extracted embedded data on a display and/or may send at least a portion of the extracted embedded data to another device.

  • Patent number: 9882664
Abstract: Disclosed here is an interactive audio system and a method of operating the same. In one embodiment, the interactive audio system comprises a processor and a receiving module for receiving a radio frequency (RF) carrier signal associated with a broadcast station. The audio system further comprises a memory storing computer-executable instructions, where the processing module is configured to access and execute the computer-executable instructions to perform a set of acts. The acts include shifting a frequency associated with the received RF carrier signal to an intermediate frequency (IF). The acts include demodulating the frequency shifted portion of the RF carrier signal associated with the broadcast station, the demodulation resulting in an output signal. The acts further include extracting an embedded data from the demodulated output signal. The acts further include serving the embedded data in conjunction with the demodulated audio signal.

  • Patent number: 9722605
Abstract: An integrated circuit includes first circuitry and sleep transistor circuitry. The first circuitry receives input signals and processes the input signals. The first circuitry also retains data in a sleep state that has low leakage. The sleep transistor circuitry is coupled to the first circuitry and receives a sleep signal that has a negative voltage. The sleep circuitry reduces power consumption of the first circuitry in the sleep state to have low leakage based on the sleep signal while retaining the data in the first circuitry.
