    Abstract: Embodiments of a tool are described. The tool includes an assembly plate having a top surface and a bottom surface. The assembly plate also includes a raised area on the top surface, the raised area centered on a central alignment hole extending from the top surface to the bottom surface through the entire thickness of the raised area. An alignment ring is formed in the top surface of the raised area, wherein the alignment ring surrounds the central alignment hole and is concentric with the central alignment hole. A fitting including a base tier, a plurality of stacked concentric tiers of different radii on a first side of the base tier, and a retainer on a second side of the base tier, wherein an axis of the fitting is adapted to be aligned with the center of the central alignment hole.

The machine includes a bale forming station or compartment with vertical and horizontal compactors to form the bales, and a downstream wrapping station with a first zone for wrapping the bale in a first direction and a second zone for wrapping the bale in a transverse direction, such that the bale is completely enclosed by the wrap material. The machine can be operated while moving through a field or while sitting in a stationery position.

    Abstract: Embodiments are directed to a method and system for testing and optimizing integrated circuit devices. Latches within an integrated circuit device that fail to operate properly are found using observed data from a test. Thereafter, a directed graph of the layout of the integrated circuit is used to find clock controllers that feed into the latches. The clock controllers that are the most likely to be at issue are ranked, then testing can be performed to confirm that a critical path can be found. The critical path can be excluded from further power optimization to maintain the performance of the integrated circuit device. Other embodiments are also disclosed.

In various aspects, the reverse tiling function may be a static preprogrammed reverse tiling function, a a dynamically generated reverse tiling function, or a reverse tiling function selected from a plurality of reverse tiling functions. In various aspects, applying the reverse tiling function to produce the reverse tiling work item identifier for the work item may occur in response to determining that the pattern of access of a memory device resources provides a benefit over a default pattern of access.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a collapsible luggage bag that improves maneuverability of the bag when a user is towing the bag and collapses to a reduced size to improve portability. In particular, the invention relates to a handle that is slideably interconnected to one or more stays such that the upper ends of the stays change position along the length of the handle as the handle retracts into the luggage. Further, the handle disconnects from one or more of the stays such that the handle, stays, and other frame components collapse and lie in a common plane. This collapsibility improves the portability of the luggage bag when the internal volume of the luggage bag is not used to store items.
