    Abstract: A method of bondwire integrity testing a packaged IC includes forcing a pin current or pin voltage level sufficient to forward bias a parasitic diode at a plurality of pins relative to a selected reference pin. The pins are connected to bond pads (BPs) on the IC by a bondwire. The bond pads coupled to a diffusion of a first type that forms the parasitic diode (D) with a region doped the second type coupled to a bondpad wirebonded to the reference pin. The resulting pin voltages or pin currents at measured, and present pin-pin relationships are determined. The present pin-pin relationships are compared to stored pin-pin relationship data for a device design of the IC. Results from the comparing are used to determine whether any present pin-pin relationships are significantly different as compared to the stored pin-pin relationships to identify a bondwire problem for at least one pin.

The memory resource can receive the first packet, determine whether the first packet indicates the distributed read operation, and determine that the dedicated memory region is non-empty. Further, the memory resource can fetch one or more data elements from the dedicated memory region based on the first packet indicating the distributed read operation and the dedicated memory region being non-empty, and send a packet that includes the one or more fetched data elements.

    Abstract: A biological fluids concentration device, including a tube-in-tube assembly, is disclosed. The tube-in-tube assembly receives biologic fluids and may then be placed in the bucket of a centrifuge and spun to separate out the components of the biological fluid by their various densities. For example, whole blood may be centrifuged in the tube-in-tube assembly for separating into plasma, red blood cell component, and a buffy coat. A piston slideably and sealingly engages an inner tube of the tube-in-tube assembly, the inner tube fitting within an outer tube. A lid is designed to engage the top of the outer tube, which lid has an opening therein for receipt of a plunger. The plunger is adapted to move up and down with respect to the lid and the tubes, so as to sealingly, in a down position, and unsealingly, in an open position, engage the top of the inner tube of the tube-in-tube assembly.
