    Abstract: A natural language understanding (NLU) framework includes a modeling and optimization system that enables enhanced understanding and explainability to the operation of the NLU framework. The NLU framework includes a configuration vector storing settings of various components that may be applied during NLU inference of an utterance, such as which components should be activated or deactivated, as well as which numerical values (e.g., threshold values, coefficients, weight values) that are used by these components during operation. By using this configuration vector to systematically disable and adjust numerical parameters of the components of the NLU framework, and then determining the performance of the NLU framework in these configurations, the modeling and optimization system determines relationships between, as well as the relative importance of, the components of the NLU framework.

    Abstract: High-voltage transistors that may be fabricated in a standard low-voltage process. Embodiments include integrated circuits that combine, in a unitary structure, an LDMOS FET device that includes one or more dummy polysilicon structures (DPS's) overlying a drift region and comparable in configuration to the FET gate, and interstitial implant resistance pockets (IRP) formed within the drift region between the gate and an adjacent DPS and between each pair of adjacent DPS's. The IRPs may be augmented with floating contacts to remove heat from the drift region and provide additional shielding of the drain contact from the nearest edge of the gate. The IRPs may be biased to modulate the conductivity of the drift region. The DPS's may be biased to modulate the conductivity of the drift region, and in such a way as to protect each DPS from excessive and potentially destructive voltages.

The merchant website data is then transmitted with the updated first routine and the account security element with the second routine, where the updated first routine and the second routine facilitate data security on the client device without framework conflicts when the updated first routine for the function and the second routine for the function operate concurrently on the client device.

    Abstract: Segments of a segmented database can store different sets of profile data. Each segment can have a backend that stores profile data, as well as a frontend that stores an index of keys corresponding to the profile data. An auditing system can automatically detect inconsistencies between the frontend and the backend of an individual segment. Based on a key associated with an identified inconsistency, a provisioning system can query a lookup database to determine which segment is associated with the key. The provisioning system can perform operations to automatically resolve the inconsistency within the segment based on whether the lookup database indicates that the segment is or is not associated with the key.

    Abstract: Detecting cancer early can significantly reduce mortality rate, but this still remains a challenge owing to shortcomings in early screening and detection with existing modalities. Cancer detection is done using known screening methods such as X-ray mammography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Ultrasound imaging (US). But these conventional methods have their own limitations such as compression discomfort, inherent health risks, expensive, and consume more time and effort. Present disclosure provides system and method for enhanced microwave imaging (MWI) for efficient breast tumor detection by scanning subject's specific body portion to optimize the scan duration. The MWI is framed as an inverse problem by building forward model using a Point Spread Function (PSF) and is solved by imposing sparsity prior since tumor is concentrated to limited regions. The entire scanning duration is optimized by viewing the problem as a sequential decision making process for a Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) agent.

The controller assigns index values to each identity and communicates the indices to network elements with the corresponding identity mappings and policies. The network elements encapsulate cross-site traffic with the index values corresponding to senders so recipient network elements can obtain the index value from encapsulation header formats, query the controller for the corresponding identity mappings, and apply policies to the traffic that are determined to be pertinent based on the sender's identity mappings obtained from the controller.

    Abstract: An edge device generates an exit event for a vehicle exiting a parking facility. The edge device determines whether the exit event matches with an entry event. Responsive to determining that the exit event does not match to an entry event, the edge device inputs images of the vehicle into a supervised machine learning model and receives, as output from the model, an exit feature vector. The edge device retrieves entry feature vectors corresponding to hanging entry events. A hanging entry event is an entry event for a vehicle with an unknown vehicle identifier. Edge device inputs the exit feature vector and the entry feature vectors into an unsupervised machine learning model and receives, as output from the model, matching scores for each entry feature vector. Edge device matches the exit event to one of the hanging entry events based on the matching scores.

The mixture of the first coating composition and the one or more additional coating compositions is applied from the ultrasonic discharge nozzle as a controlled, predetermined pattern of atomized droplets.

    Abstract: A smart interrupt controller (SIC) routs an interrupt to a specific processor by dynamically changing the affinity of the interrupt based upon the processor power state and/or system load thereof. The SIC arbitrates interrupt servicing based on various parameters such as interrupt priority, interrupt affinity, processor load and processor power. Interrupt load sharing between selected processors increases overall computer system performance. Interrupt latency times decrease by avoiding unnecessary switching of processor power states from an inactive state to an active state by instead routing the interrupt to a different processor already in an active state. Interrupt latency times will decrease by routing the interrupt service request from a heavily loaded processor to one that is not so heavily loaded. Whereby active processor clock cycles are effectively utilized for interrupt servicing.
