  • Patent number: 11799742
Abstract: This disclosure describes techniques for resolving discrepancies that occur to interrelated computing resources from computing resource drift. Users may describe computing resources in an infrastructure template. However, computing resource drift occurs when “out-of-band” modifications are made to the computing resources and are not reflected in the infrastructure template. To resolve discrepancies between the infrastructure template and the out-of-band modifications to the computing resources, a notification may be output to a user account associated with the computing resources detailing the differences. An updated infrastructure template may be received that resolves the differences, such as by including configuration settings that reflect a current state of the computing resources. The computing resources may then execute a workflow using the updated template, such that the workflow is executed on all of the computing resources in a current state.

  • Patent number: 11790909
Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for validation of speech commands from an aircraft pilot. The method comprises receiving a speech command from the aircraft pilot with a voice communication device that is part of a cockpit system. Next, the speech command is decoded into a computer readable format. The decoded speech command is then checked against the present aircraft state as indicated by avionic sensors of the aircraft and against an approved pre-condition that is stored in a pre-condition database. The decoded speech command is validated if the decoded speech command is consistent with the present aircraft state and consistent with the approved pre-condition. An input to the cockpit system is updated to execute the speech command from the aircraft pilot if the decoded speech command is validated.

  • Publication number: 20230325001
Abstract: Conventional gesture detection approaches demand large memory and computation power to run efficiently, thus limiting their use in power and memory constrained edge devices. Present application/disclosure provides a Spiking Neural Network based system which is a robust low power edge compatible ultrasound-based gesture detection system. The system uses a plurality of speakers and microphones that mimics a Multi Input Multi Output (MIMO) setup thus providing requisite diversity to effectively address fading. The system also makes use of distinctive Channel Impulse Response (CIR) estimated by imposing sparsity prior for robust gesture detection. A multi-layer Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) has been trained on these distinctive CIR images and the trained CNN model is converted into an equivalent Spiking Neural Network (SNN) via an ANN (Artificial Neural Network)-to-SNN conversion mechanism. The SNN is further configured to detect/classify gestures performed by user(s).

Abstract: A wireless communication network serves a User Equipment (UE) with a Network Exposure Function (NEF) and multiple Unified Data Elements (UDEs) like Unified Data Managements (UDMs) and Unified Data Repositories (UDRs) The NEF receives initial network data and transfers a UDE query to a Network Repository Function (NRF). The NRF selects a Unified Data Proxy (UDP) and indicates the UDP to the NEF. The NEF receives the UDP indication and responsively transfers the initial network data to the UDP. The UDP receives the initial network data, and in response, selects one of the UDEs. The UDP transfers the initial network data to the selected one of the UDEs. The selected one of the UDEs receives the initial network data, and in response, generates and transfers new network data. In some examples, the UDEs comprise UDMs/UDRs that reside in different Public Land Mobile Networks (PLMNs) from one another and from the NEF.
