  • Publication number: 20250067252
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed herein for predictive maintenance using computational models. The systems and methods can receive data from a supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system and condition monitoring systems (CMSs), generate, using anomaly detectors, anomaly scores, and generate, using an augmented data fusion model, a health state prediction of a component of a machine. An extract, transform, and load (ETL) module can extract and transform data from a variety of sources, including SCADA systems, CMSs, and other computing devices to create model input data. A models module can analyze such model input data to determine which computational models can run on the input data. A prediction module and confidence interval data can hone the predictions created by the models module. A feedback module and the ETL module can be used on diagnostic data, configuration data, and updated SCADA and CMS data to improve the computational models.

  • Publication number: 20250064524
Abstract: Described herein are systems and methods in which a surgeon can use computer-implemented deformity assessment and correction tools to create 3D models of a bone. To ensure adequate healing, a surgeon may choose to use a prefabricated bone plate, a semi-customized bone plate, or a fully-customized bone plate to hold first and second bone portions in a corrected position. To select the appropriate prefabricated bone plate, the surgeon may identify three landmark locations on the first and second bone portions corresponding to desired fixation hole locations on the bone plate. The surgeon can then use a software application to evaluate multiple bone plate designs in a library and compare the average proximity of the landmark locations to fixation hole locations on each of the bone plate designs. Then, the surgeon can determine which bone plate design best fits the patient anatomy based on his comparison.

  • Patent number: 12235844
Abstract: Techniques are disclosed relating to managing database queries. In some embodiments, a server system receives a query from a computer system and determines a set of aspects for the query, including at least a number of columns specified in the query and a computational cost of executing the query. The system generates a query vector based on the set of aspects determined for the query. The system then compares the query vector with a plurality of clusters, ones of the plurality of clusters comprising two or more previously generates query vectors generated based on aspects of queries previously received by the server system. Based on the comparing, specifically a distance between the query vector and the plurality of clusters of previously generated query vectors, the system classifies the query. Based on a classification of the query determined during the classifying, the system manages the query.

  • Publication number: 20250061274
Abstract: A computing system receives a request to generate one or more narrative frameworks for a worksheet. The worksheet is hosted by a third party server. The computing system interfaces with the third party server to retrieve data associated with the worksheet. The computing system infers attributes of the worksheet from the retrieved data. The attributes correspond to a type of data represented in the worksheet. The computing system generates a narrative template for the one or more narrative frameworks. The computing system generates one or more data variables for the one or more narrative frameworks based on the generated narrative template. The computing system constructs the one or more narrative frameworks by selectively retrieving data from the worksheet for each data variable of the one or more data variables in the narrative framework.

  • Publication number: 20250027846
Abstract: A system and method for providing abnormality diagnosis of a mechanical device having one or more components. A sensor system, having one or more sensor devices, detects movement/vibration of one or more observed components of the mechanical device. A control system determines vibration measurements of the one or more components based on their detected motion/vibration. One or more Machine Learning (ML) and/or Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques are utilized to determine abnormal operation of the one or more components by comparing a determined vibration measurement of an observed component against that component's expected normal vibration measurement value during operation of the mechanical device. Abnormal operation is determined when the determined vibration measurement of an observed component exceeds its expected normal vibration measurement by a threshold value.

  • Publication number: 20250002052
Abstract: The technology relates to planning trajectories for self-driving vehicles in order to transport passengers or cargo from a pickup location to a destination. Trajectory planning includes generating a speed plan for an upcoming portion of the trip in view of one or more constraints. The constraints may be due to proximity to an adjacent vehicle or other road user, and can include projected overlaps between the vehicle and other objects in the vehicle's nearby environment. Certain constraints may be binary or otherwise discontinuous in nature, in which a condition either exists at a given point in time or it does not. Noise in sensor data or prediction models may trigger such binary conditions, which in turn may cause the vehicle to alter the speed plan. Aspects of the technology employ permeable speed constraints that enable the vehicle to avoid problems associated with discontinuous constraints.
