  • Publication number: 20250232689
Abstract: Systems and methods for providing a reading engine for enhanced and adaptive narratives are provided herein. In an example, a system may include instructions to receive, from a first client device, an indication to start a narrative and generate, by a reading engine, a first chapter of the narrative based on the first client device. The reading engine may generate the first chapter to include a first set of challenge words. The reading engine monitors a reading of the first chapter by the first client device and determines one or more low fluency words based on the reading by the first client device. The reading engine may also provide narrative options for continuing the narrative present in the first chapter. Responsive to receiving a selection of a first narrative option the reading engine may generate a second chapter of the narrative based on the first narrative option.

  • Publication number: 20250212866
Abstract: A farming machine configured for identifying incorrectly configured plant identification models in farming machines is disclosed. The farming machine includes a control system configured to monitor the performance of a plant identification model to determine if it is appropriately configured for detecting plants in the field. To do so, the control system accesses images of plants in the field and applies a first plant identification model to the images to identify a probability plants in the images are a first class of plants. The control system applies a verification model to determine if plants in the field are the second class of plants (rather than the first) based on the determined probability. The farming machine applies a second plant identification model to the images to identify a second class of plants, and treats plants in the field identified as the second class of plant.

  • Publication number: 20250199712
Abstract: Techniques are described herein that are capable of converting pages written in page storage during a user session to page-embedded blocks in block storage for reading. Blocks of first data are read from block storage during a user session. Pages of second data are written to page storage during the user session. The pages of the second data indicate changes to be made with regard to at least a subset of the blocks of the first data in the block storage. At a time instance at which no pages are being written to the page storage, the pages of the second data are transferred from the page storage to the block storage by converting the pages of the second data, which are configured to have a page format associated with the page storage, to page-embedded blocks, which are configured to have a block format associated with the block storage.

  • Publication number: 20250184807
Abstract: This disclosure provides methods, devices and systems for provisioning resources for wireless communication. Some implementations more specifically relate to provisioning resources based on link state discriminants (LSDs). In some aspects, an LSD may indicate an average amount of time a respective station (STA) is in an awake state. In such aspects, an access point (AP) may prioritize communication with specific STAs, or over specific links, based on the LSDs. In some other aspects, an LSD may indicate an average amount of time all STAs associated with an AP are in an awake state. In such aspects, the AP may dynamically reduce power consumption based on the LSDs. Still further, in some aspects, an LSD may indicate an average amount of time two or more STAs are concurrently in an awake state on a given link. In such aspects, an AP may assign STAs to multi-user groups based on the LSDs.

  • Patent number: 12316718
Abstract: An improved information management system that implements a staging area or cache to temporarily store primary data in a native format before the primary data is converted into secondary copies in a secondary format is described herein. For example, the improved information management system can include various media agents that each include one or more high speed drives. When a client computing device provides primary data for conversion into secondary copies, the primary data can initially be stored in the native format in the high speed drive(s). If the client computing device then submits a request for the primary data, the media agent can simply retrieve the primary data from the high speed drive(s) and transmit the primary data to the client computing device. Because the primary data is already in the native format, no conversion operations are performed by the media agent, thereby reducing the restore delay.

  • Publication number: 20250166747
Abstract: An automated clinical trial matching system is disclosed, which may be used by a care provider to generate a shortlist of clinical trials that a patient may participate in, or by a trial coordinator to generate a list of patients eligible for a given clinical trial. The clinical trial matching system may rely on large language models (LLMs), clinical ontologies, reference databases, clinical guidelines, etc., to generate patient data models and clinical trial data models including structured data that may be directly compared using a matching model. Clinical trials that match a patient and/or patients that match a clinical trial may then be ranked, with top ranking results being shortlisted for display to the care provider or trial coordinator. The clinical trial matching system may display the top ranking results in a graphical user interface that indicates elements of a clinical trial and patient data that match.

  • Publication number: 20250150445
Abstract: Methods, apparatus, and systems for detection and remediation of an identified attempt of impersonation of a digital entity. The methods may include authenticating a call received by a user device. The methods may include instantiating an entity-operated application on the user device. The methods may include detecting one or more keywords indicating that the call is associated with a predefined entity. • Publication number: 20250147572
Abstract: A system and method are described herein for estimating power usage of various components of a CPU and controlling voltage regulators based on the estimated power usage. The power estimates may be based on digital power meter readings at each component, on voltage information from a voltage regulator, and on other power information. This power information is transmitted over a mesh interconnect disposed throughout the CPU such that power estimation can be accurately calculated and used to control voltage regulators without being limited by external bus speeds. More of the power management processes and components may be disposed on the CPU and connected to the mesh interconnect. These power management processes include various calibrations, adjustments, and limits so as efficiently manage and use the more rapidly processed power estimations.

  • Patent number: 12293373
Abstract: Methods and systems to provide a form of probabilistic labeling to associate an outage with a disturbance, which could itself be either known based on the available data or unknown. In the latter case, labeling is especially challenging, as it necessitates the discovery of the disturbance. One approach incorporates a statistical change-point analysis to time-series events that correspond to service tickets in the relevant geographic sub-regions. The method is calibrated to separate the regular periods from the environmental disturbance periods, under the assumption that disturbances significantly increase the rate of loss-causing events. To obtain the probability that a given loss-causing event is related to an environmental disturbance, the method leverages the difference between the rate of events expected in the absence of any disturbances (baseline) and the rate of actually observed events. In the analysis, the local disturbances are identified and estimators of their duration and magnitude are provided.

  • Patent number: 12282415
Abstract: Techniques for providing a QA run cycle and report generation system are provided. In one technique, a user interface (UI) tool retrieves first software testing result data that was generated based on a first type of software test of a software build. The UI tool also retrieves second software testing result data that was generated based on a second type of software test of the software build. In response to receiving first input that selects the first software testing result data, the UI tool updates a UI to present first data that is based on a portion of the first software testing result data. In response to receiving the second input that selects the second software testing result data, the UI tool updates the UI to present second data that is based on a portion of the second software testing result data.
