  • Publication number: 20240161015
Abstract: Systems and methods for optimizing and training machine learning (ML) models are provided. In embodiments, a computer implemented method includes: performing, by a processor set, a group execution of ML pipelines using a first subset of a training data set as input data for the ML pipelines, thereby generating a trained ML model for each of the ML pipelines, wherein data transformations that are common between the ML pipelines are implemented only once to generate an output, and the output is shared between the ML pipelines during the group execution of the ML pipelines; generating, by the processor set, performance metrics for each of the trained ML models based on validation data; ranking, by the processor set, the trained ML models based on the performance metrics, thereby generating a list of ranked ML models; and outputting, by the processor set, the list of ranked ML models to a user.

  • Publication number: 20240159415
Abstract: An adaptive logic board for a variable speed drive (VSD) of a heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC&R) system includes a signal sensing circuit configured to receive an input signal from a sensor of the VSD. The signal sensing circuit includes a filter configured to condition the input signal. The filter includes a variable resistance element configured to adjust a cutoff frequency of the filter. The filter is configured to attenuate waveforms in the input signal having frequencies that exceed the cutoff frequency to generate a conditioned signal. The adaptive logic board also includes a controller configured to receive the conditioned signal and to adjust the variable resistance element to adjust the cutoff frequency of the filter based on a parameter of the HVAC&R system.

  • Publication number: 20240152492
Abstract: Disclosed embodiments provide techniques for estimating imputation algorithm performance. Multiple imputer algorithms are selected, and an evaluation of how well each of the imputer algorithms can estimate the missing data is performed. Disclosed embodiments obtain an imputer candidate dataset (ICD). The imputer candidate dataset is compared to the incomplete data range, and a similarity metric is determined between the data range and the ICD. When the similarity metric exceeds a predetermined threshold, an imputer evaluation dataset (IED) is created from the ICD by removing one or more data points from the ICD. Each imputer algorithm is evaluated by applying the IED to it, and computing an imputer evaluation metric based on its performance. The multiple imputer algorithms are ranked based on the imputer evaluation metric. The best ranked imputer algorithm can then be selected for use on the incomplete data range within the measurement dataset.

  • Patent number: 11952254
Abstract: Hotel amenity fluid dispensing assemblies, systems, and methods for refilling empty reuseable jars from a source container positioned on separate scales within a housing. Each container/jar provides an RFID tag identity read by its respective scale RFID reader to provide selective operational parameters. Separate housing tower assemblies are fluidly connected to the central pumping assembly between the tower assemblies to draw product from the source container to the fill jar. Microprocessor-based control is electrically coupled to the pumping assembly, the scales, and RFID readers to turn fluid flow on and off. The control actuates the pumping assembly to dispense a precise amount of the fluid based upon the RFID identity and real time scale readings and activates tower assembly manifold movement to allow for replacement of empty source and full fill jars.

  • Publication number: 20240078730
Abstract: The present disclosure describes systems, non-transitory computer-readable media, and methods for generating object-specific-preset edits to be later applied to other digital images depicting a same object type or applying a previously generated object-specific-preset edit to an object of the same object type within a target digital image. For example, in some cases, the disclosed systems generate an object-specific-preset edit by determining a region of a particular localized edit in an edited digital image, identifying an edited object corresponding to the localized edit, and storing in a digital-image-editing document an object tag for the edited object and instructions for the localized edit. In certain implementations, the disclosed systems further apply such an object-specific-preset edit to a target object in a target digital image by determining transformed-positioning parameters for a localized edit from the object-specific-preset edit to the target object.

  • Publication number: 20240062431
Abstract: In implementations of systems for generating and propagating personal masking edits, a computing device implements a mask system to detect a face of a person depicted in a digital image displayed in a user interface of an application for editing digital content. The mask system determines an identifier for the person based on an identifier for the face. Edit data is received describing properties of an editing operation and a type of mask used to modify a particular portion of the person depicted in the digital image. The mask system edits an additional digital image identified based on the identifier of the person using the type of mask and the properties of the editing operation to modify the particular portion of the person as depicted in the additional digital image.
