Abstract: A system implemented as computer programs on one or more computers in one or more locations that implements a computer vision model is described. The computer vision model includes a positional local self-attention layer that is configured to receive an input feature map and to generate an output feature map. For each input element in the input feature map, the positional local self-attention layer generates a respective output element for the output feature map by generating a memory block including neighboring input elements around the input element, generates a query vector using the input element and a query weight matrix, for each neighboring element in the memory block, performs positional local self-attention operations to generate a temporary output element, and generates the respective output element by summing temporary output elements of the neighboring elements in the memory block.

  • Patent number: 11378601
Abstract: The invention relates to an operational state determination apparatus (1) for determining whether a variation in a determined electrical parameter of an electrical network (2) is caused by a variation in an operational state of an electrical consumer of the electrical network. The electrical network comprises multiple electrical consumers (3, 4, 5) and a voltage source (6), wherein a variation classification unit (10) determines whether a variation in the determined electrical parameter of the electrical network is caused by a variation in the operational state of an electrical consumer of the network depending on a decision variable which depends on a variation in a measured voltage and a variation in a measured current of the electrical network. This determination can be performed, without directly using the variation in the determined electrical parameter of the electrical network and is therefore less influenced by random voltage fluctuations in the electrical network.

  • Publication number: 20220205105
Abstract: A substrate processing system is provided and includes a substrate support, a memory, and calibration, operating parameter, and solving modules. The substrate support supports a substrate and includes temperature control elements. The memory stores, for the temperature control elements, temperature calibration values and sensitivity calibration values. The calibration module, during calibration of the temperature control elements, performs a first calibration process to determine the temperature calibration values or a second calibration process to determine the sensitivity calibration values. The sensitivity calibration values relate at least one of trim amounts or deposition amounts to temperature changes. The operating parameter module determines operating parameters for the temperature control elements based on the temperature and sensitivity calibration values.

  • Publication number: 20220210172
Abstract: In some implementations, a system may obtain a first model that is trained to identify feature data associated with a client system using one or more services of a service platform. The system may train, based on the feature data, a second model to identify anomalies associated with devices accessing the one or more services in association with a client identifier of the client system. The system may receive access data associated with an acting device accessing a service of the service platform. The system may determine, using the second model, that the acting device accessing the service corresponds to potential anomalous activity based on the access information. The system may obtain, from a verification device, a verification that the acting device accessing the service is anomalous activity. The system may perform, based on obtaining the verification, an action associated with the acting device.

  • Publication number: 20220205351
Abstract: A drilling data correction system corrects drilling data entries in high-importance drilling data segments using machine learning and rules-based drilling models. A data importance analyzer identifies high-importance data segments in incoming drilling data. The drilling data correction system inputs features of drilling data into machine learning drilling models and rules-based drilling models trained to predict the high-importance data segments. Predictions from the machine learning drilling models and rules-based drilling models are presented to a user based on drilling data prediction criteria. The machine learning drilling data predictions are used to automatically correct the high-importance data segments, or the user chooses between machine learning drilling data predictions and rules-based drilling data predictions to correct the high-importance drilling data segment.

  • Publication number: 20220205350
Abstract: A drilling data analytics engine disclosed herein automatically corrects drilling data with predictive modeling. A drilling data quality analyzer segregates drilling data into good drilling data and bad drilling data that has missing, incomplete, or incorrect entries. For each bad data entry in the bad drilling data, the drilling data analytics engine preprocess drilling data attribute values for the corresponding task not including the drilling data attribute value for the bad data entry and inputs the preprocessed drilling data attribute values into a trained predictive model. The trained predictive model is trained on good drilling data to estimate values for the drilling attribute corresponding to the bad data entry.
