  • Publication number: 20220043829
Abstract: Systems and methods for accessing single-tenant databases comprising a multi-tenant aware cluster manager in communication with instances of single-tenant databases are described. The cluster manager can establish a uniform resource locator (URL) unique for each tenant to access the cluster manager. Each of the instances of single-tenant databases can include data for a corresponding tenant. The cluster manager can receive a request from a client to access a database corresponding to the first tenant. The request can include the URL established for the first tenant. The cluster manager can identify the first tenant based on the URL of the request. The cluster manager can obtain, responsive to identification of the first tenant, a tenant context of the first tenant from a storage. The cluster manager can access, using the first tenant context and responsive to the request, a first instance of the single-tenant databases corresponding to the first tenant.

  • Publication number: 20220046008
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to preventing unauthorized access to secured information systems. A computing platform may receive, from an end user desktop computing device, a request to login to a user account associated with a user account portal. In response to receiving the request, the computing platform may generate an authentication token in an authentication database and may send a notification to at least one registered device linked to the user account. After sending the notification, the computing platform may receive, from the at least one registered device, an authentication response message. If the authentication response message indicates that valid authentication input was received, the computing platform may update the authentication token to indicate that the request to login to the user account has been approved. After updating the authentication token, the computing platform may provide, to the end user desktop computing device, access to a portal interface.

  • Patent number: 11244734
Abstract: A memory apparatus and method of operation is provided. The apparatus includes memory cells coupled to a control circuit. The control circuit is configured to perform a first programming stage including iteratively programming each of the memory cells to first program states and verifying that the memory cells have a threshold voltage above one of a plurality of first verify voltages corresponding to the first program states. The first programming stage ends before all of the memory cells are verified thereby leaving a fraction of the memory cells below the one of the plurality of first verify voltages. The control circuit also performs a second programming stage including iteratively programming each of the memory cells to second program states and verifying that at least a predetermined number of the memory cells have the threshold voltage above one of a plurality of second verify voltages corresponding to the second program states.

Abstract: A monolithic three-dimensional integrated circuit may include multiple transistor levels separated by one or more levels of metallization. An upper level transistor structure may include a monocrystalline channel material over a bottom gate stack. The channel material and the gate stack materials may be formed on a donor substrate at any suitable temperature, and subsequently transferred from the donor substrate to a host substrate that includes lower-level circuitry. The upper-level transistor may be patterned from the transferred layers so that the gate electrode includes one or more bonding layers. Source and drain material may be patterned from a source and drain material layer that was transferred from the donor substrate along with the channel material, or source and drain material may be grown at low temperatures from the transferred channel material.

  • Patent number: 11245649
Abstract: Embodiments relate to personalized low latency communications. A method may include receiving a description of content of a message, receiving recipient data corresponding to at least two possible recipients within a population of possible recipients, and selecting a relevant subpopulation of the population. The selecting may include, for each of the at least two possible recipients, ranking a strength of an indirect relationship between the description and the recipient data. The indirect relationship may be based on the description, the recipient data and at least one additional data source. The selecting may also include, for each of the at least two possible recipients, adding a possible recipient to the relevant subpopulation based on the ranking of the indirect relationship associated with the possible recipient. The method may further include initiating a two-way communication channel between a sender of the message and the relevant subpopulation.

  • Patent number: 11245727
Abstract: A method provides a network-agnostic identity broker for retrieving identity records across heterogeneous identity networks. An identity broker receives a client request from a client to retrieve and evaluate user identity information for confirming an identity of a particular entity. The identity broker utilizes a group membership of the client to select a set of policies for handling the client request, and selects an identity network from multiple heterogeneous identity networks as a selected identity network to which the client request is to be sent. The identity broker sends the client request to the selected identity network, and then receives a response from the selected identity network. The identity broker evaluates the response according to the set of policies, such that the evaluated response conforms with the set of policies, and transmits the evaluated response to the client.
