  • Publication number: 20200211663
Abstract: Techniques are provided to reduce neighbor word line interference and charge loss in a multi-pass program operation. In one implementation, the first pass of a multi-pass program operation uses one or more program pulses without performing associated verify tests. The memory cells may be programmed to different intermediate threshold voltage (Vth) distributions in the first program pass. Different bit line voltages can be used to obtain the different intermediate Vth distributions when the single program pulse is applied. In other cases, multiple program pulses are applied without performing verify tests. The intermediate Vth distributions can be provided for the memory cells assigned to the higher data states but not the lower data states, or for memory cells assigned to both the higher and lower data states.

  • Publication number: 20200210483
Abstract: System and methods discussed for automatically generating periodic event data reports based on calendar and task data from an email application or productivity suite. These systems and methods reduce user interaction and effort for generating intuitive, simple to understand reports, and provide additional classification and prioritization of events for easier consumption. The compiled reports may also be smaller than the individual event data items, due to removal of redundant header metadata, potentially reducing storage requirements and bandwidth to transfer the information to other devices.

  • Publication number: 20200212194
Abstract: Describe is a resonator that uses ferroelectric (FE) materials in the gate of a transistor as a dielectric. The use of FE increases the strain/stress generated in the gate of the FinFET. Along with the usual capacitive drive, which is boosted with the increased polarization, FE material expands or contacts depending on the applied electric field on the gate of the transistor. As such, acoustic waves are generated by switching polarization of the FE materials. In some embodiments, the acoustic mode of the resonator is isolated using phononic gratings all around the resonator using the metal line above and vias' to body and dummy fins on the side. As such, a Bragg reflector is formed above the FE based transistor.

  • Publication number: 20200211568
Abstract: With recent real-world applications of speaker and speech recognition systems, robust features for degraded speech have become a necessity. In general, degraded speech results in poor performance of any speech-based system. This poor performance can be attributed to feature extraction functionality of speech-based system which takes input speech file and converts it into a representation called as a feature. Embodiments of the present disclosure provide systems and methods that compute distance between each degraded speech feature extracted from an input speech signal with each clean speech feature comprised in a memory of the system to obtain set of matched clean speech features wherein at least a subset of cleaned speech features are dynamically selected based on a pre-defined threshold and the computed distance, thereby computing statistics for the dynamically selected clean speech features set for utilizing in at least one of a speech recognition system and a speaker recognition system.

  • Publication number: 20200212532
Abstract: Describe is a resonator that uses ferroelectric (FE) material in a capacitive structure. The resonator includes a first plurality of metal lines extending in a first direction; an array of capacitors comprising ferroelectric material; a second plurality of metal lines extending in the first direction, wherein the array of capacitors is coupled between the first and second plurality of metal lines; and a circuitry to switch polarization of at least one capacitor of the array of capacitors. The switching of polarization regenerates acoustic waves. • Publication number: 20200212193
Abstract: Describe is a resonator that uses anti-ferroelectric (AFE) materials in the gate of a transistor as a dielectric. The use of AFE increases the strain/stress generated in the gate of the FinFET. Along with the usual capacitive drive, which is boosted with the increased polarization, additional current drive is also achieved from the piezoelectric response generated to due to AFE material. In some embodiments, the acoustic mode of the resonator is isolated using phononic gratings all around the resonator using the metal line above and vias' to body and dummy fins on the side. As such, a Bragg reflector is formed above or below the AFE based transistor. Increased drive signal from the AFE results in larger output signal and larger bandwidth.
