  • Publication number: 20250232763
Abstract: A semantic similarity based configurable system for automatic scenario detection in customer-agent conversations is disclosed. The system understands intent from the vector space semantic similarity between speaker sentences, which is agnostic to the use of synonyms and tolerates a large amount of paraphrasing. This approach scales easily to a large number of customers and can be fed more data to increase accuracy and precision. Furthermore, the system is configurable in real-time so that the client is able to control which intents are detected and how. In some embodiments, the semantic similarity based configurable system comprises a scenario detection system, a conversation tag system, a bi-encoder, and a cross-encoder, where the scenario detection system receives inputs of sample phrases and customer-agent utterances and generates results. The sample phrases may be phrases and keywords that describe a scenario expressing the behavior of a customer or call agent.

  • Publication number: 20250232045
Abstract: Systems and methods for peer-to-peer secure document exchange are disclosed. The system may allow a document provider to securely transmit a certified document to a document verifier using decentralized storage. The verifier system may generate a session key pair and transmit a session public key to a trusted API provider. The trusted API provider may generate a session nonce. The verifier system may transmit the session nonce to the provider system. The provider system may use the session nonce to retrieve the session public key. The provider system may encrypt a certified document using the session public key and store the encrypted certified document in the decentralized storage. The verifier system may retrieve the encrypted certified document by polling the trusted API provider based on the session nonce. The verifier system may decrypt the encrypted certified document using the session private key.

  • Patent number: PP36858
Abstract: A new and distinct cultivar of Sansevieria plant named ‘HANSOTI55’ is disclosed, characterized by a dark grey-green marginal band 2 to 17 mm wide but occasionally up to 25 mm wide on both edges of the leaf. These dark bands along the edge give attractive definition to the leaf and the added green makes for a stronger plant. The dark foliage also has bright cream variegation with a broad central lighter grey-green band along the length of the leaf overlaid or veiled by a creamy overlayer, giving excellent colour to the plant Leaves of mature plants are less erect compared to the parent and even more reclined when compared to most other Sansevieria in the “Compact Sansevieria Group”. The new cultivar can be classified in the Compact Sansevieria Group. The new variety is a Sansevieria, typically produced as an ornamental plant.
