  • Publication number: 20250107147
Abstract: Hybrid bonding interconnect (HBI) architectures for scalability. Embodiments implement a bonding layer on a semiconductor die that includes a thick oxide layer overlaid with a thin layer of a hermetic material including silicon and at least one of carbon and nitrogen. The conductive bonds of the semiconductor die are placed in the thick oxide layer and exposed at the surface of the hermetic material. Some embodiments implement a non-bonding moisture seal ring (MSR) structure.

  • Publication number: 20250105843
Abstract: A transmitter controls the fall time on an open-drain link including multiple components. The transmitter includes an input driver to receive data and transmit the data on the open-drain link, thereby activating the open-drain link. The transmitter also includes a feedback mechanism to keep track of a pad when the open-drain link is activated and to determine when the pad reaches a predetermined amount of a supply voltage. When the pad reaches the predetermined amount of a supply voltage, the feedback mechanism triggers an appropriate main pull-down driver to control the fall time.

  • Patent number: 12261639
Abstract: A wireless communication is proposed that utilizes a large available bandwidth (e.g., 10-100,000 MHz) and employs a combination of frequency shifting (from an input RF signal to an IF signal) and frequency hopping from one IF frequency value to another within the available bandwidth. The combination of frequency shifting and frequency hopping adds a level of noise mitigation moving the transmission frequency as a function of time (and avoiding frequencies known to be subject to noise). By its nature, the addition of frequency hopping frustrates the ability of outsiders to access transmissions. A map of frequencies to be used may be delivered to both the transmitter and receiver via a separate command/control signal path. Alternatively, a transmitter may develop the map and forward it to the receiver. The frequency hopping sequence is preferably a randomly-generated sequence that uses the entire available bandwidth.

  • Patent number: 12257712
Abstract: A method includes: accessing a toolpath and processing parameters—including a target force and feed rate—assigned to a region of a workpiece; and accessing a wear model representing abrasive degradation of a sanding pad arranged on a sanding head. The method also includes, during a processing cycle: accessing force values output by a force sensor coupled to the sanding head; navigating the sanding head across the workpiece region according to the toolpath and, based on the force values deviating the sanding head from the toolpath to maintain forces of the sanding head on the workpiece region proximal the target force; accessing contact characteristics representing contact between the sanding pad and the workpiece; estimating abrasive degradation of the sanding pad based on the wear model and the sequence of contact characteristics; and modifying the set of processing parameters based on the abrasive degradation.

  • Publication number: 20250094569
Abstract: Aspects and embodiments herein pertain to global ML prediction applied in a data security context. In some examples, a global prediction pertaining to a data item as a whole (the ‘original’ data item) is generated using an ML predictor. A data element is masked by removing it from the data item, or obscuring it in some way (e.g., through modification or replacement). The same ML predictor is applied to the perturbed data item. A change in global confidence between the original data item and the perturbed data item denotes local significance of the individual data item (or subset of data items) that have been masked. Other significance indicators (such as start and end markers of significant sections) are also considered. Other methods of estimating local significance are considered. In some examples, one or more such methods are used to generate training data for training a self-interpretation ML model.

  • Publication number: 20250092312
Abstract: Described are compositions and methods for inhibiting and retarding polymerization of a monomer composition, which use a naphthoquinone and an oxygenated aminophenol. When present in a monomer-containing composition, the combination of the naphthoquinone and oxygenated aminophenol provides an unexpected beneficial antipolymerant effect inhibiting unwanted formation of fouling polymer. The antipolymerant combination can be added to a hydrocarbon composition, such as a petroleum, that can include a polymerizable components, such as styrene, where the hydrocarbon composition is purified or processed, such as in the case of distillation.

  • Publication number: 20250095247
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems, methods, and non-transitory computer readable media that position objects across multiple perspectives within digital images to be equidistant. For instance, in some embodiments, the disclosed systems detect a user interaction for moving a first object within a first perspective of a digital image. Additionally, the disclosed systems extract a first distance between the first object within the first perspective and a joining edge between the first perspective and a second perspective of the digital image. The disclosed systems also extract a second distance between a second object within the second perspective of the digital image and the joining edge. Based on the first distance and the second distance, the disclosed systems modify the digital image by positioning the first object within the first perspective to be equidistant to the joining edge relative to the second object within the second perspective.

  • Publication number: 20250097133
Abstract: A system and a method are provided for determining a health status of a plurality of nodes of a network. The system obtains a set of operational characteristics associated with each of the plurality of nodes of the network, determines a health status of each of the plurality of nodes based on the corresponding set of operational characteristics, and outputs a network architecture of the network to display based on the determined health status. The set of operational characteristics indicate at least traffic data associated with a corresponding node from the plurality of nodes. The health status indicates a current working condition of each of the plurality of nodes. The network architecture indicates a hierarchical node-level view of the plurality of nodes, wherein the network architecture indicates health status of each of the plurality of nodes.

  • Publication number: 20250091458
Abstract: Examples of contactor controllers, systems and methods enable quick-turn-off (QTO) using an output voltage of a contactor controller when its supply voltage is below a threshold but does not interfere with QTO when sufficient supply voltage is available. In an example, when VM loss occurs, a high-side (HS) clamp of a contactor controller is disabled, and a low-side (LS) clamp current is generated using the output voltage. The LS clamp current may be adjusted to achieve a desired QTO voltage. In another example, a HS clamp is disabled and the charging of the gate of a LS field-effect transistor (FET) is enabled only when the output voltage increases above a power-off QTO threshold (less than the LS clamp voltage); the QTO voltage is set by a voltage detection and comparison circuit of the contactor controller.
