  • Publication number: 20130146499
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing and filling containers (1) made of thermoplastic plastic, in which an extruded plastic hose is inserted into an open mold having movable mold parts, mold parts forming the container (1) are closed, the hose being expanded by a pressure gradient acting on the hose in order to form the container (1), preferably in the form of a bellows, and being filled with filling material, and the level of the filling material is raised by reducing container volume in the direction of the container opening, a container closure (5) for the container opening being formed from the hose by closing head jaws of the mold, wherein said method is characterized in that the container (1), preferably in the region of the container closure (5), is formed in such a way that at least one section of the plastic hose remains unclosed for the time being in order to form a venting cannula (3) and in that, when the container volume is reduced, the level of the filling material is raised in such a

  • Patent number: 8431068
Abstract: A process for producing thermoplastic containers (13) extrudes a plastic tube into opened movable mold parts (5, 7, 9). The main mold parts (7) form the container main part (18). The bottom parts are closed to close and weld the tube bottom end. The tube (3) is widened by a pressure gradient acting on it, forcing the tube against the wall of the mold parts (7, 9) to form the container. The mold parts are then moved into the position to open the mold for removal of the formed container (13). The container bottom is made in the form of a cup-like bottom part (19) axially extending into the container main part (18) by the bottom part being everted into the interior of the container (13) to form a bottom elevation (31).

  • Patent number: 8205416
Abstract: A method ignites the combustion of fuel in a combustion chamber (5) of engine (2), by introducing microwave radiation into the combustion chamber (5). The microwave radiation is produced in a microwave source (7) on the outside of the combustion chamber (5). The introduced microwave radiation is absorbed by the fuel distributed in the combustion chamber (5). The supply of energy, in the fuel, arising from absorption, distributes combustion in a large-volume in the combustion chamber (5), preferably in the entire combustion chamber (5) and in a homogenous manner, and is essentially simultaneously ignited. An associated ignition device (1) and an associated engine (2) are also provided.

Abstract: A device for producing blowmolded container products (11) from plastic material, using single mold parts (7) movable along a production line (5) and in pairs toward one another and away from one another to close or open a production mold. The container products (11) are molded and exit after the demolding procedure in the form of a container chain (9) moved along the production line (5). A demolding unit (3) engages the exiting container chain (9) outside the production mold to support the demolding procedure. The demolding unit (3) has a force drive (17) deflecting the container chain (9) out of the production line (5) into back and forth movement.
