    Abstract: An inertial regulation active suspension system based on posture deviation of a vehicle and a control method thereof are provided. The system comprises a vehicle body, an inertial measurement unit, an electronic control unit, a servo controller group, a plurality of wheels, suspension servo actuating cylinders respectively corresponding to the wheels, and displacement sensors for measuring a stroke of the suspension servo actuating cylinders. The electronic control unit reads posture parameters of the vehicle body measured by the inertial measurement unit, and calculates a deviation between the postures of the vehicle body at a current moment and at a previous moment, and then outputs posture control parameters to the servo controller group. The servo controller group controls extension and retraction of each of the suspension servo actuating cylinders according to the posture control parameters and displacement feedback values of the displacement sensors.

A power distribution module is provided at the upper end of the main body, and multiple computing power modules which constitute a computing power center are parallelly provided on one side of the lower end of the main body; cooling fans stacked on top and bottom in multiple layers are arranged on the other side thereof; the computing power module is cooled by a liquid-cooled module, and the liquid-cooled module is a front and rear drawing structure relative to the main body. The cooling fan bears 8%-12% of the heat dissipation capacity. A cold plate shell in the liquid-cooled module contacts and conducts heat with a chip in the computing power module.

The coating compositions can be cured to form primary and secondary coatings of optical fibers. The primary coatings feature low Young's modulus and high tear strength. The primary coatings provide good microbending performance and are resistant to defect formation during the fiber draw process and subsequent handling operations. The secondary coatings feature high Young's modulus and good puncture resistance.

A method includes obtaining two- and three-dimensional data descriptive of a dynamic object in the real world. The two- and three-dimensional information can be provided as an input to a machine-learned model to receive object model parameters descriptive of a pose and shape modification with respect to a three-dimensional template object model. The parameters can represent a three-dimensional dynamic object model indicative of an object pose and an object shape for the dynamic object. The method can be repeated on sequential two- and three-dimensional information to generate a sequence of object model parameters over time. Portions of a sequence of parameters can be stored as simulation data descriptive of a simulated trajectory of a unique dynamic object. The parameters can be evaluated by an objective function to refine the parameters and train the machine-learned model.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for double side back-end-of-line (BEOL) metallization for pseudo through-silicon via (pTSV) integration are described. An integrated circuit (IC) may include multiple metallic layers integrated within multiple layers of a multi-dimensional integrated stack (e.g., a three dimensional (3D) integrated stack). By performing a BEOL metallization process, the integrated circuit may implement techniques for 3D vertical chip integration. For example, a first set of layers may be formed during a first portion of a BEOL process and a second portion of the BEOL process may integrate a second set of metallic layers as well as a buried power delivery network (PDN). The metallic layers may form a number of pTSVs and may promote a PDN to experience a reduced PDN IR drop. The PDN may be integrated and the pTSVs may be formed by integrating the metallic layers within a number of dielectric layers.

In some implementations, geographic prior data (e.g., geometric ground and/or semantic road features) can be exploited to enhance three-dimensional object detection for autonomous vehicle applications. In some implementations, object detection systems and methods can be improved based on dynamic utilization of multiple sensor modalities. More particularly, an improved 3D object detection system can exploit both LIDAR systems and cameras to perform very accurate localization of objects within three-dimensional space relative to an autonomous vehicle.
