    Abstract: Described are systems and processes for generating dynamic estimated time of arrival predictive updates for delivery of perishable goods. In one aspect a system is configured for generating dynamic estimated time of arrival (ETA) predictive updates between a series of successive events for real-time delivery of orders. For each order, a plurality of delivery events and corresponding timestamps are received from devices operated by customers, restaurants, and couriers. Based on the timestamps, the system generates a plurality of ETA time predictions for one or more of the delivery events with trained predictive models that use weighted factors including historical restaurant data and historical courier performance. As additional timestamps are received for a delivery event, the trained predictive models dynamically update the ETA time predictions for successive events. The predictive models may be continuously trained by updating the weighted factors based on the received timestamps.

The content-based machine learning model examines and evaluates information stored in a member profile. The connection graph machine learning model examines and evaluates a member's connections. The behavior-based machine learning model examines and evaluates activities of a member represented by a member profile. The score produced by the spammer profile detector can be used to determine whether the profile should be flagged as a spammer profile, whether the profile should be omitted when determining a count of the total number of active member profiles within the system, whether the profile should be restricted or removed from the system, etc.

Adaptive optics are also provided. Also disclosed are a scleral ring including fiducial markings and a compliant contact lens and fluid tillable contact lens configured to facilitate ultra-short pulsed laser surgery while reducing or eliminating eye docking requirements.

The circle cDNA is amplified using a primer designed from a known sequence of a wild type target gene by rolling circle amplification or PCR methods. The known or unknown fusion gene sequences in the circle cDNA are amplified and identified by sequencing analysis.
