  • Publication number: 20200217009
Abstract: The present invention relates to a liquid-state temporary reinforcing material, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The liquid-state temporary reinforcing material comprises a reinforcing material and a crystallization inhibitor; the reinforcing material is selected from molecules of any two or more of menthol, menthone, menthol ester and menthol ether, and the content of the crystallization inhibitor is less than 50 ppm. For the liquid-state temporary reinforcing material of the present invention, the menthol and the derivatives of the liquid-state temporary reinforcing material are integrally mixed together to form the composite material for temporary reinforcing, the composite material being liquid and volatilization-controllable at room temperature. Thus, the temporary reinforcing requirements for extracting cultural relics at an archaeology excavation site may be met, and the material is convenient to use.

  • Publication number: 20190166554
Abstract: A management nodal point of a wireless sensor network (WSN) receives a plurality of tasks and stores the tasks in a buffer. Each of the tasks would be assigned to and executed by a corresponding one of execution nodal points of the WSN. The management nodal point records a status of each execution nodal point as an executable status or a non-executable status. Before the management nodal point assigns a first task, the management nodal point obtains the status of a first execution nodal point corresponding to the first task. If the first execution nodal point is at the executable status, the management nodal point assigns the first task to the first execution nodal point according to a predetermined rule.

  • Patent number: 9479826
Abstract: A system has a first transmitter for transmitting a first wireless signal within a first frequency. A second transmitter is for transmitting a second wireless signal with overlapping frequency. The first transmitter and the second transmitter are disposed sufficiently proximate to another such that the wireless signals substantially interfere resulting in a combined wireless signal with negative SNR for each of the first wireless signal and the second wireless signal, the negative SNR being a result of at least the other of the first wireless signal and the second wireless signal. A receiver is located for receiving a received wireless signal comprising substantially interfering encoded data signals having negative SNR. The receiver is for selecting from the substantially interfering encoded data signals a signal of interest and for decoding said signal of interest relative to at least the other substantially interfering data signal within the received wireless signal.

  • Patent number: 9349728
Abstract: A method for fabricating semiconductor device is disclosed. The method includes the steps of: providing a substrate having a metal-oxide semiconductor (MOS) transistor thereon and a first interlayer dielectric (ILD) layer surrounding the MOS transistor; forming a source layer, a drain layer, a first opening between the source layer and the drain layer, and a second ILD layer on the MOS transistor and the first ILD layer, wherein the top surfaces of the source layer, the drain layer, and the second ILD layer are coplanar; forming a channel layer on the second ILD layer, the source layer, and the drain layer and into the first opening; and performing a first planarizing process to remove part of the channel layer so that the top surface of the channel layer is even with the top surfaces of the source layer and the drain layer.

  • Patent number: 8824543
Abstract: The invention relates to a method of iterative multi-layer decoding of a multimedia communication signal, wherein persistent bits from various upper layers of the employed protocol stack are used in error correction decoding at a lower error-correction layer. The method includes saving persistent bits from successfully decoded FEC frames in memory, and using a subset of the saved bits in decoding of future frames. A smart controller is used to analyze frames for the presence and location of persistent bits, for saving thereof in memory, and for inserting saved persistent bits into a next frame at successive decoding iterations thereof.
