    Abstract: A mechanism is provided in a data processing system comprising a processor and a memory, the memory comprising instructions that are executed by the processor to specifically configure the processor to implement a question prediction and answering engine for predicting questions a medical professional is attempting to answer. An interaction monitoring component monitors interaction of a medical professional with a patient electronic medical record (EMR). A question selection component selects a set of questions the medical professional is attempting to obtain an answer to from the patient EMR. The question prediction and answering engine analyzes the patient EMR to generate a set of answers to the set of questions from at least a portion of the patient EMR and outputs a report correlating the set of questions and the set of answers to the medical professional.

    Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for securing tissue to bone. A suture anchor can include an elongate body having a proximal end and a distal end and an external surface with a plurality of longitudinally spaced bone-engaging features formed at least partially circumferentially thereon over at least a portion of a length of the suture anchor. The proximal end can have a lumen extending at least partially into the elongate body and the distal end can have a suture engaging feature proximate thereto. A first series of bone-engaging features can have a dimension that increases from a distal to a proximal end of each bone-engaging feature of the first series of bone-engaging features. A second series of bone-engaging features can have a dimension that decreases from a distal to a proximal end of each bone-engaging feature of the second series of bone-engaging features.

The scoring system provides the factor rating to an end-user device to display to a user. The notation assistant system is configured to perform a method as a user is entering a clinical narrative note to provide real-time feedback, such as the factor rating. The suggestion system is configured to provide suggestions for modifying the clinical narrative note to improve the rating factor. The notation assistant system applies to patient health conditions such as a health status of a patient's heart for a patient receiving care for congestive heart failure.

In one embodiment, a surgical implant is provided having a sheath and an expander that is received within the sheath. Various delivery tools, including a sheath inserter and a driver, are also provided. In use, the sheath inserter can be used to position a tendon within a prepared bone hole, and it can be used to deliver the sheath with a guidewire coupled thereto into the bone hole. The driver can be provided for delivering the expander into the sheath. A loader can optionally be used to load the driver and expander onto the guidewire coupled to the implanted sheath.

The system also compares the expectations for the future period of time to subsequent measurements collected for that period of time to determine whether the subsequent measurements satisfy an expectation threshold and provide an alert to a client terminal. The alert is a result of the comparison of the expectations and the subsequent measurements and provides an assessment of data storage quality and alerts on anticipated deficiencies.
