A blocking insulating layer may extend conformally on the stressor pattern and the gate spacers and an insulating wing pattern is disposed in the concave portion on the blocking insulating layer.

When the firing switch is switched on, the first control unit generates the firing data, allows the motor assembly to reversely rotate the laser beam firer by a measured value of the leading angle, and allows the laser beam firer to emit the laser beam carrying the firing data.
