Abstract: A pixel unit, method for sensing touch of an object, and a display apparatus incorporating the same are provided. The display apparatus includes a data line. The pixel unit includes a first switch circuit electrically connected to the data line and a sensing circuit electrically connected to the first switch circuit. The sensing circuit generates a signal in response to the touch of the object, while the signal is transmitted through the data line with the first switch circuit turned on. In addition, the display apparatus further includes a readout line. The pixel unit further includes a second switch circuit electrically connected to the readout line. The sensing circuit is electrically connected to the second switch circuit. In a first time period, the sensing circuit receives a reference voltage via the first switch circuit. Then the signal generated by the touch of the object is transmitted through the readout line via the second switch circuit in a second time period.

Abstract: A pressure indication device is provided to connect to an inflation mechanism of an inflation machine. The pressure indication device includes a hollow tubular body in which a push bock is received in a manner of being movable by a pressure conducted into the hollow tubular body and connected to a linearly movable plate and biased by an elastic element. The hollow tubular body has a tubular wall forming a pressure relief hole at a preset position corresponding to a maximum allowable pressure level. A scale bar having graduations is provided along a moving path of the plate. The elastic force of compression of the elastic element serves as a reaction force (restoration and returning force) for the linear movement of the plate. A pressure conducted into the hollow tubular body from the inflation machine drives the plate to move and thus indicates the pressure level.

Abstract: The air compressor contains a casing member, a driving member, and a cylinder member. The casing member has a first accommodation section, a second accommodation section, and a connection section connecting the first and second accommodation sections. The first accommodation section has a number of first inlets and first outlets. The driving member is located between the first and second accommodation sections, and is adjacent to the first outlets. The cylinder member is located both in the second accommodation section and the connection section, and is adjacent to the second outlets. The outside cool air is drawn into the casing member through the first inlets. A portion of the drawn air is released through the first outlets, forming a first flow path for cooling down the driving member. Another portion is released through the second outlets, forming a second flow path for cooling down the cylinder member.

Abstract: A translation system is connected with at least two translation service providers through internet and includes an image capture unit, a data transmission unit, a comparing unit, and a display unit. A translation method is achieved by the foregoing translation system and includes the steps: capturing original data of original documents as an image data by means of the image capture unit; transmitting the image data to an image recognition unit and utilizing the image recognition unit to convert the image data into text data; transmitting the text data to the translation service providers for translation; utilizing the comparing unit to compare translation results and determine one of them as the best translation result according to the occurrence number of the same words in the compared translation results; and displaying the best translation result on a display unit. So the user can review the translation results quickly and easily.

Each driving circuit is electrically connected to one of the power supply units by the corresponding short circuit. The controller is electrically connected to the driving circuits. The controller controls one or more of the driving circuits to drive the corresponding short circuits to short-circuit the corresponding power supply units. The oscilloscope is electrically connected to each power supply unit. The oscilloscope displays waveforms of output voltage of the short-circuit power supply units.

A driving circuit and a display unit are provided, the driving circuit comprising a plurality of data lines for transferring data voltages to drive the display unit, wherein each adjacent two of the data lines are supplied with voltages of opposite polarities, and all the data lines in one frame period are supplied with voltages of the same polarity. Two adjacent pixel areas are combined to form one pixel unit, wherein the two adjacent pixel areas are supplied with the same polarity, and the adjacent two pixel units are supplied with opposite polarities.
