The first semiconductor layer is isolated from the second semiconductor layer by a trench. A first source and a first drain are located at two opposing sides of the first semiconductor layer. A first dielectric layer is formed on the first semiconductor layer, and a first floating gate is formed on the first dielectric layer. A second source and a second drain are located at two opposing sides of the second semiconductor layer. A second dielectric layer is formed on the second semiconductor layer, and a second floating gate is formed on the second dielectric layer. The first floating gate and the second floating gate are electrically connected.

The light-reflecting unit is mounted detachably to the housing at the light exit opening, and includes a light-reflecting component for reflecting the light emitted by the light source. The housing is configured with a side light window disposed along a path of the light reflected by the light-reflecting component. The light emitted by the light source exits the housing via the light exit opening when the light-reflecting unit is detached from the housing, and exits the housing via the side light window when the light-reflecting unit is attached to the housing.

The backlight module modulates the output intensity of the light source according to the sensed result of one of the photo-sensors. Thereby, the display device can precisely modulate the intensity of the back light according to the intensity of ambient light so as to improve the contrast ratio and to reduce the power consumption.

The sensing circuit is electrically connected to the second switch circuit. In a first time period, the sensing circuit receives a reference voltage via the first switch circuit. Then the signal generated by the touch of the object is transmitted through the readout line via the second switch circuit in a second time period.
