    Abstract: An optical fiber transmission system with a laser beam splitting and combining device includes a laser beam splitting and combining device receiving a laser beam from a laser device and projecting the laser beam onto a target through an objective lens. The laser beam splitting and combining device has a beam splitter, two transmitters, two receivers and a beam combiner. When the beam splitter divides the received laser beam and transmits the divided laser beams to the transmitters, the transmitters transmit the divided laser beams to the receivers through two optical fibers. The receivers send the divided laser beams to the beam combiner for the beam combiner to combine the divided laser beams into an output laser beam projected on the target through the objective lens. Given the optical transmission path of the laser beam splitting and combining device, the laser transmission distance can be extended.

    Abstract: Disclosed are methods, systems and computer program products that, during new technology node development, perform design rule and process assumption co-optimization using feature-specific layout-based statistical analyses. Specifically, the layout of a given feature can be analyzed to determine whether it complies with all of the currently established design rules in the new technology node. When the layout fails to comply with a current design rule, statistical analyses (e.g., Monte-Carlo simulations) of images, which are generated based on the layout and which illustrate different tolerances for and between the various shapes in the layout given current process assumption(s), can be performed. Based on the results of the analyses, the current process assumption(s) and/or the design rule itself can be adjusted using a co-optimization process in order to ensure the manufacturability of the feature within the technology.

    Abstract: A water sprinkler includes a housing and an ejection head. An impeller is assembled in the housing, pushed by water, and connected to a cam. A water-hit target is pivoted with the housing via a compression spring, and an impacted portion of the water-hit target is extending outside of the housing. The water-hit target repeatedly impacts the housing because of the pivoting motion caused by the pushing of water flow and by the pulling of the compression spring, so that the housing is pivoted to change the ejection direction of the ejection head. A water baffling cover is pivoted with the housing. A abutted member is assembled on the water baffling cover and abutted against the cam. The cam can push the abutted member to drive the pivoting motion of the water baffling cover, so that the water baffling cover shields the ejection head by different extents.

The rotating shaft can be driven to rotate, which consequently drives the at least one fin to stir materials in a crucible. The length of the first edge is different from that of the second edge in order for the materials in the crucible can be mixed with dopants more uniformly during the stirring process to produce ingots of stable quality.
